It is too sweet and that prominent sugary taste can be felt from the very first sip. I got stomach cramps, loose motions everytime I consumed it so had to discontinue and switch to my old protein. I wouldnt deny the benefits as felt the protein does work but the adverse effects on me were too many and the overdose of sugar collectively became a deterrent for me.

I have tried a variety of proteins from a variety of brands, but nothing compares to the flavour of this one. Additionally, it blends excellently with milk or water and has a wonderful flavour in both. I have been on a journey to improve my fitness and build lean muscle mass, and incorporating isolate whey protein into my routine has been an absolute game-changer. Highly recommended.
