Always use Lindens tablets. These work well and good quality I use them for getting hot in the night and they definitely help.

I suffered for last few years with hot flushes, bought some sage tablets from holland & barrett on their recommendation, these are a lot cheaper & just as good, i take 1 in morning & 1 at night & my flushes have been reduced, still have a few flushes but greatly reduced. I will definitely buy again, felt a difference in about 2 weeks of taking them, a must for us poor ladies! !

This is very helpful whilst not hard to store as it comes in a re-sealable bag and it can be taken alongside other medicines without interfering with what NHS drugs are often prescribed for, without causing side-effects, and they are totally natural, so they are much better for you than prescribed Menopause drugs. So I would certainly take a look at taking these, if required alongside Red Clover tablets whilst you are going through the Menopause, and I would also recommend using herbal teas or odd drinks of coconut water, as these all contribute to a better health feeling, and cooking and calming effects on the whole body, mind, and nervous systems. They are not an expensive natural product to add to your list of treatments for a better lifestyle, whilst going through these changes in the systems, and helping you relax more easily.

Well the first arrival of this product didn't turn out so well. After placing the order, I received ovulation strips!! Erm.. not quite the same and the wrong side of the menopause. However Amazon were great, refunded and then paid the express delivery for the replacement which fortunately was correct the second time. I searched for these following buying a branded name in a well known health food shop. Having read the reviews decided to take a chance on these ones. I was a little worried as they were cheaper for 3 times the amount but so far they have been great! As someone who sweats a lot anyway, you can imagine how much worse it can get. All it took was washing hands in warm water, or making a drink, or moving, and the heat went to my head. It looked like I was in a sauna. While everyone else is in hats and thick coats on school runs, I was in a tee trying to keep cold. After a few days of taking these, I was sat in a very warm room and actually stayed dry for a change. It was bliss! Edit** Several months later, back to over sweating (head only) , but my night sweats have helped. Am taking two a day so it hasn't stopped them..however when I went on holiday and forgot to take them, I did notice a heat difference!

I have been taking these for few months, for hot flushes. It takes good few weeks to kick in the effect. But I would not be without them now. They have been a life saver, especially the night sweats have gone. I still have 3 - 4 flushes day time and night time, but not as bad as before. However, I only take one tablet. I have tried taking one in the morning and one in the evening, but I didn't see much difference, but if I had persevered it may have gone. I am happy with them and will continue taking them. These are the cheapest I have found so far compared to other manufacturers.

I've tried 2 different kinds of HRT and gave up on one after 3 months, and the other (a year later) after 2 months due to unwanted side effects, which was a shame because they both stopped the hot flushes - my main reason for taking HRT. Once off the first HRT the hot flushes came back after a few months, and I was dreading the same happening again, so I researched various natural remedies. Sage came out top as there were no adverse warnings given anywhere (unlike black cohosh for example). I've been taking the sage tablets since I stopped the last HRT 3 months ago, and so far so good. You can take 1 or 2 tablets a day so I started on one, and after a couple of months I upped it to two because I'd had a couple of minor flushes. Increasing the dose seems to have knocked it on the head. My GP was happy with my decision to take sage - she agrees with me that even if it's a placebo effect, so what if it works! Oh, and as for people complaining that it tastes of sage... ha ha... what do they expect?!

I took these with red clover to help with hot flushes. They did help to reduce them for some time but don't seem to be working so well at the moment so I will take a break from them and then try again.

Good, easy to swallow. I would buy these again.

Super pour moi, les chaleurs ont presque disparu

Ho preso queste compresse di salvia per le vampate dovute alla menopausa: a parte il tormento delle vampate improvvise di giorno, frequentissime, ogni notte era un bagno di sudore. All'inizio non ha funzionato ma quando ho aumentato la dose (sono arrivata a otto compresse al giorno, poi sei) i sintomi sono spariti tutti completamente. Adesso dipendo letteralmente da queste compresse. Una volta scomparse le vampate, ho ridotto la dose a tre al giorno a cui abbino anche una compressa di trifoglio. In realtà il trifoglio non serviva, ma visto che esistono questi rimedi naturali, ne approfitto per una copertura totale, salvia+trifoglio. Non potrei stare senza questo rimedio, solo il ricordo di quanto ho sofferto all'inizio mi fa raccapricciare. Consiglio senz'altro di provare.

non avevo ma utilizzato la salvia in pasticche , ma sempre in tintura madre . E' risultata ugualmente efficace per ridurre le vampate della menopausa e si è rivelata più comoda per portarla con sé. Anche il costo inferiore rispetto a tanti prodotti che ho provato in erborista è un punto a suo favore
