Norwegian Formula Concentrated Unscented Hand Cream 50ml

I have tried using a lot of different hand creams over the years as in winter I tend to get very dry hands. My Mum had some at her house a couple of years ago and I tried some and haven't looked back! As we are all washing our hands a lot I've found my knuckles and between my fingers have been getting dry, cracked and sore and this has done the job to make the skin smooth, soft and non-greasy. It's difficult to find a hand cream that does this - some are greasy or sting when you put them on and still leave your hands dry afterwards. I've tried body butters, E45, hand creams, lotions and I can wholeheartedly recommend this.I can see in other reviews that people have found it to be sticky - what I would advise is that this is very concentrated and quite paste-like rather than creamy so if you put a lot on it will take longer to absorb. It's worth trying out a few different amounts to use on your hands to see how much you need. Once you get used to it it's a gem, I have some in my bag and by my bed, if your hands are really dry I recommend putting a bit more on at night before you sleep and using cotton gloves to let it absorb, this has really helped me to sort out my cracked hands in winter! It works well as a balm for super chapped lips in a pinch as well.If your hands are dry during the day then be sparing with the amount you use and give it a minute or two before touching things - I find I can touch my keyboard after this and my hands aren't greasy or sticky at all. Hope this helps and if you're not sure whether to try it, go for it - it's great value and well worth a try.

Works well, I have dry skin and this cream helps with that certainly. The small size is good for carrying on your person when traveling or daily commute, Heathrow and Paris CDG let me on to the plane with no issues -- and this is oil free too, so if you want something that does leave residue on your screens this is the one to go for, and there is little to no scent.

Absolute classic for a reason! A tiny drop goes such a long way, and it instantly softens dry, cracked skin without leaving a harsh perfume scent behind. It creates a rich protective layer that stays even after washing your hands. Perfect size to keep in a bag or pocket!

It is thick, but speads easily

I love this product and have been using it for years now.I struggle with dry hands, especially in the winter or if I've done a lot of cleaning/ washing etc. They get incredible itchy and nothing will sooth them, this used to lead to sleepless nights and the skin on my hands splitting and getting really sore.I'm not great at using handcream religiously to prevent this (which I'm sure it would do).However, the second I get a flare up and get to that horrible itchy stage, just a tiny bit of this cream soothes in seconds and clears the issue up with just a few uses. Same effect if Ive let them get to the split stage and it doesn't sting the cuts at all. (I'm a bit hopeless, I know - I'll put some on later yadayada. But wanted to give an honest review of just how well it actually works when you have really dry, sore, itchy hands!)You only need a small amount, it sinks in really quickly - a minute or so. It doesn't leave your hands slimy, sticky or greasy either. It hydrates but leaves your hands touch dry. Such an affordable price too, I've tried so many different and some more expensive hand creams prior to finding this one. It is hands down (no pun intended) the best handcream!

I can’t recommend this product enough. Obviously, it’s not gona work for everyone, but for me it has done absolute wonders. I always get extremely dry hands in summer. I think maybe it’s the change in temperature that does it, I don’t know, but I’ve only had it for the last 2-3 years. They get so sore that when I bend my fingers, they crack and start to bleed, which in itself presents a problem finding a cream that you can apply on ‘cuts’. In between my fingers, my actual fingers and the backs of my hands get unbelievably dry and sore. I tried all last summer to try and find a cream that worked. I tried creams that pharmacist’s recommended, dermatologically tested, Sudocrem, which usually helps my eczema, but not this. Couldn’t find anything. Started up again this year and was using my Epiderm cream and it was doing nothing. Came across this, thought I’d give it a try. I’m not that keen on Neutrogena, having had reactions to it in the past, but, honestly, in two days, my hands are almost back to normal. I think I’ve used it three or four times. I can’t believe how much it’s helped. The cuts are healing, whereas before they kept reopening, they’re no longer dry or sore, the difference is amazing, I’m so happy and relieved. I have very sensitive skin as well, a lot of stuff brings me out in rashes, but this is brilliant stuff. I feel like you have to use more than they say, but there’s still A LOT of applications in there and, yes they do stay quite moist. Like if I put it on before bedtime, I wake up and they’re still moist, but I just wash them, it’s not a problem. I’d rather that than the painful hands I had before. Awesome product. Great for quick hardy repair of hands. Leaves an oily residue so can only really be applied at night before bed unless you don't use your hands for anything. Works superbly well though on damaged hands.

Feels a bit greasy like Vaseline at first but soon soaks in if left overnight. Big difference by the morning. Looks like I’ve got new hands. You don’t need to put much on either. Small tube so handy for my pocket too.

Product was covered (presumably to seal it) with sticky tape that was hard to remove and left residual sticky on the packaging. Not a nice experience.
