I was a little sceptical about these tablets but given that my hair was thinning so much, I was willing to give them a go. I bought a two month supply and didn’t notice much in the first month, but by the end of the second month I had lots of new tufty hair growing. I have been using these for eight months now and have so much new hair - around six inches worth and growing each month. Can’t wait for it to grow further and blend in fully with my existing hair length. I’ve really noticed how much thicker my hair is at the roots and it doesn’t fall out anywhere near as much after washing. This supplement is a little miracle to me. I honestly thought my middle age hair loss couldn’t be cured but now I feel really confident about my hair again. If you buy these tablets don’t give up too soon...they really work but you have to stick at it.

I have Afro Caribbean hair, which is extremely fine, plus with the menopause, it has not helped. Tried numerous products in the past and I must say nothing made a difference other than 'Hair Volume'. This is not a quick result, I have been taking this for 4 months, to the point of family and friends have now asked me what am I using as they have observed my hair being thicker, even getting my ends trimmed, even the hairdresser has noticed the texture of my hair is healthier.

Just received third lot of these remarkable tablets. I think you need to take them, like all supplements, for a minimum of three months before see results. I already have noticed thicker hair, but not speedy growth so hoping this will now happen. However, I had a split nail for over 20 years and this has now healed completely. Something I was told would never be resolved. My nails are better all round. So well pleased and would recommend for this alone.

After reading every review available for this product I decided to give it a go. After a bout of stress from my job and poor health my hair had dramatically thinned to the point where according to my mother it looked "post menopausal". I'm 45 and according to my doctor nowhere near the menopause! After binning the stressful job and taking care of my health again, I noticed my hair and nails improve and wondered if this supplement would give me a boost. Well, in the month I have been taking them I have had numerous comments from friends on the thickness and texture in my hair and on the beach yesterday my partner said he noticed my hair blows in the wind now rather than rising in a mass and staying there! I can't comment yet on any change in pigment as I have a semi permanent colour on my hair but I have noticed less breakage and less "dead rats" down the plughole when I wash my hair. I'm due another pack which I will purchase today and hopefully next time, as it's still early days, I'll be giving this product 5 stars.

I was convinced these worked for me but I think it was just wishful thinking. I've noticed no change in hair growth since taking them or stopping them. I would just recommend having regular hair cuts instead which has helped my hair grow quicker than these tablets.

Used now for 5 weeks and so far some new hair growth, nothing major but still it's noticeable growth. Hair does seem stronger and healthier so that's a good sign. I think it will take time so will buy another box and see if improves even more, so far so good. Good solid tablet and no side affects. So great product that seems to be steadily working. Ive purchased this item without having to leave any feedback, but chose to do so anyway.

I have baby-fine hair which is unmanageable and never looks the way I'd like it to. I have tried everything on the market the only thing that makes a moderate improvement are these 'one a day' supplements and Viviscal shampoo. I should add that personally I find the most benefit from this regime is when I have a course of these Nordic tablets every 3 or so months. Taking them more frequently just doesn't seem as effective.
