I have been using CLA for a while now in conjunction with a good diet and an exercise regime and I can definitely say it has made a difference. I have shed fat faster since taking this supplement. Though it's hard to gauge supplements like this between brands, I can say that this one is legit and the price is very reasonable. It also came quickly and was exactly as described. If you're on the fence about trying CLA to help with fat loss, I would recommend buying a tub and seeing for yourself. Don't expect miracles though. If your diet is terrible and you don't do any sort of physical exercise, I doubt you'll see a difference.

Great product that has really aided me during a period of cutting and bulking at the same time! Able to consume a huge amount of calories to fuel some long workouts, and know that these tablets (taken 3 times a day with main meals) are working to help me reduce my fats. This is NOT a diet pill. You cannot take this and do nothing, and expect any results. This is designed to supplement an active lifestyle, and a healthy gym program. Taken right, there are excellent, no side effects, no bad taste.

I've been using these for nearly two weeks now alongside eating healthy and training they do it seem as powerful as the grenade tablets I have had in the past but two weeks in and I'm noting I have more energy and my metabolism is now starting to increase as always it is hard to say if it's the tablets or just the healthy eating and the exercise but I certainly think they help!

Awesome supplement, been using for just over a week, take it three times a day with meal and use it in conjunction with my usual training and diet and have found it to be really helping me shred down my body fat for summer, I struggle with those last few pounds on my lower tummy and I'm seeing it go down fast with these and the t5 platinum! Seriously recommend! Reduced my appetite and knowing you have that extra help gives u more motivation to stick to you macros! 💪

Had these for a while now. Can’t tell if they are working or not. Since gyms are now closed due to COVID-19, I have resorted to working out at home. I have noticed an increase in flatulence and a slight aftertaste when passing gas. Do find myself visiting the loo a bit more as well. Probably will drop weight in the process. Don’t feel any slimmer yet! UPDATE:28/06/2020. Almost finished these since my first order and will be starting my second order. I have been on a caloric deficit diet for about 4 weeks and have been taking these with a fat burner from MyProtein. I have also religioulsy been weight-training during lockdown and have found that I have lost at least 5lbs on the scales! Visibly, I am beginning to see a couple more abs, but still need to drop th fat from my obliques. All I can say that it takes time, but also discipline to lose body fat. What has has helped is reducing/eliminating sugary snacks in the evening and ice cream in front of the TV. I have also been eating a lot of natural walnuts and cashews as a snack, whereas before it may have been a packet of crisps or a chocolate bar. It works, but even better when you make an effort.

I got put into this stuff by a friend, the delivery was quick and the customer service brilliant. It's too early to tell if it's working yet as I'm only two weeks into the course however they seem to be helping me shed the stubborn fat on my stomach, along with a strict diet hoping to see better results. They are easy to swallow and no after taste, so easy to keep down. Very happy so far.

I have received my order in one day after placing my order. Start taking them and within a week and plus training (30 min a day) I have lost 5 pounds. Great product and indeed it suppress your hunger and cravings. I will definitely be ordering again soon. Best thing about this product it doesn't give you heart palpitations, sweats, nausea ... as I experienced with other products before.

I've taken CLA many times but this is the first time I've taken this brand. I've taken just one a day for three days and I've had to bin them. The reflux I got from these was another level! I've never had that with any other soft gel. I've tried taking food straight on top but that didn't help. I can't say about the effectiveness because I just can't take them. Everything else about it looked and felt quality but I can only go by the ghastly reflex. 😭

I risultati sulla composizione corporea si iniziano a notare solitamente dopo 8-12 settimane di assunzione costante. Il momento ideale per assumerlo è durante i pasti principali, io ne prendo una a colazione, una a pranzo e una a cena. Essendo un acido grasso, l'assorbimento è migliore in presenza di altri grassi alimentari. La softgel riesco a deglutirla tranquillamente ma per qualcuno potrebbe risultare difficile farlo. Este CLA me ha parecido una opción bastante decente si buscas algo económico para acompañar dieta y algo de ejercicio. No es milagroso (como ninguno), pero siendo constante sí que vas notando poco a poco que ayuda, sobre todo en el control del peso y la definición. Eso sí, aquí hay que tener paciencia, los resultados no son inmediatos ni mucho menos. Lo bueno es el precio, porque comparado con otros similares sale bastante más barato y al final puedes mantenerlo en el tiempo sin que duela tanto el bolsillo. Además, la combinación con cromo suma para el tema de los macronutrientes. Lo menos práctico es la cantidad de cápsulas al día. Se hace un poco pesado tener que tomarlas varias veces, sobre todo si ya tomas otros suplementos. No es dramático, pero sí algo a tener en cuenta. Si buscas algo barato, que funcione con el tiempo y no te importa ser constante (y tragarte varias cápsulas), cumple bastante bien.
