Medium roast coffee. My wife would call this a diner cup of coffee. I like the small cans. The metal cans are great for after you've used it. They recycle easily or you can do what I do and use them for screws, nails stuff like that out in the shop. I think the coffee tastes pretty good. It's fairly smooth. I think I potted it in a four pack and it was much cheaper than buying standard bags of coffee
