For the last 37 years I have suffered from intense chronic pain from a spinal cord injury. The pain keeps me up all night. I read studies and saw the before/after photos of how grounding reduces inflammation and pain. The results in the studies were so dramatic, I tried it and was stunned how great I felt after just 30 minutes. I decided to go further and give this a try (I honestly didn't think it would be as effective as actually putting my bare feet on the ground, but wanted a more constant grounding experience). I don't have the euphoric, happy feeling that I did from actual grounding outside. However, the intense pain in my legs is gone! It has been 4 months now, and when I an laying on this grounding sheet, my pain goes away.

I had no clue that I was getting a book and access to a documentary along with my grounding mat.! How wonderful?! I initially was worried that it would feel like I was sleeping on one of those plastic mattress covers, given the texture of the mat. I must say that it’s a totally different experience. I not only melt onto my bed, but I don’t feel or hear the mat ever, which is a common experience with the mattress covers. This does ground me - an early skeptic - and I’m so grateful for it in my life.

This is a new experience for us and we researched which Matt to purchase… This was a great choice because we have felt the difference within a few weeks to our joints and our quality of sleep. My husband has a sleep monitor and it is determinable by his feedback data. if this is your first time to try sleeping on a grounding mat, I think you will be surprised by how good this one is

I use a 100% cotton bottom sheet. Sleeping solidly through the night. If I wake up, I go right back to sleep. I ordered the pillow cases too. Haven’t had a night wrenching leg cramp at all !
