The screen quality is perfect. It's a very nice computer. I highly recommend it for the money.

Cycled laptop thru on/off and plug/unplug and restart a few times. finally got sound. I'm not sure if it's a component issue or sound card problem. Laptop works well now, but will wait and see if problem persists

Can't even download games on this so I sold it

My daughter had been bugging me for a laptop for a while. She actually found this one and showed it to me. It was on sale for $99! It’s a perfect computer for her needs.

The listing did not mentioned refurbished product but then I received a refurbished one even though I paid more to get it “new” as advertised at the time I bought it. I could have gotten a brand new one at Best Buy for the same exact price.
