Natural Apple Extract for Baking
Haven't used the natural apple extract yet because I'm going to be making an organic apple galette soon, but haven't tried it. Purchased the banana extract previously from this company and it's great! I'm sure that the Apple extract will be good quality as well.

Excellent flavor. Strong flavor and perfect for cooking and juicing. I have reordered. I like this alot. I use it in many different ways. I use it with my juicing and jellies. I can recommend this extract.

It's Not What I Expected
I tried adding the extract to a batch of oatmeal muffins -- I detected a slight apple aftertaste, which is what I was aiming for. Then I tried it in a batch of overnight oats, and it imparted a horrible chemical aftertaste. On balance, I'm not confident that I can use this product to impart a detectable apple flavor in all my recipes. Perhaps I was expecting too much? In any event, the product isn't helping me to accomplish what I want to accomplish. I used it twice -- I won't be using it anymore.

This is an amazing ample 4 fl. oz. bottle of apple extract. It smells and tastes exactly like apples. The ingredients include alcohol, water, and natural flavors. This artisanal blend will enhance the apple flavor in desserts and beverages.

Yayyy! Finally found a natural apple extract, since the prior company I purchased from changed their formula. This one surprisingly did not disappoint. Very satisfied with the apple flavor. Would have given 5 stars, but the price was the minus 1. Otherwise, thumbs up for this one!

Keto apple pie

Bitter and lacking apple flavor.
I rated this product once as I mistakenly ordered several bottles. I'm going to try my hand at a faux apple pie made with zucchini instead of apples. I'm hoping the extract will give it a more granny smith apple flavor. I tasted the extract alone and found that it has a bitter taste but not much in the way of apple flavor. I'm hoping it tastes better with the sweetener in the pie than it does alone. I'll reevaluate once I get all my ingredients together and try the recipe out. The taste buds will tell soon enough.
