I picked this diffuser because I wanted one for the bedroom on which I could turn off the accent lights so I can sleep in the dark, and I also liked that it did not have a plastic exterior, it is a natural material (a lovely dark stain on bamboo). I’ve had it for 2 weeks, and bought a second one a few days after the first one arrived. It works fabulously. I’ve used the constant diffuser and the intermittent setting, and the intermittent one lasts all night. It is the right size and strength of scent for the bedroom (~225 sq ft). I haven’t had any issues with leakage or moisture accumulation. The second one I’ve been using downstairs when I’m working on my computer at my dining table; the open floor plan is too large to have the scent penetrate the entire room, but I like having a calming scent nearby when I’m working, so it works for this purpose! I would definitely buy another one in the future, or perhaps a different size or style from the same brand, if it works as well.

Aesthetically, beautiful. Ordered for my son at university to use in the dorm. HE LOVES IT and says it makes their room smell great and friends that have stopped by all want to get one as well. It is quiet and user friendly.....easy to fill and turns off automatically. The stream of mist is perfect. I am going to order a second for my other son to use in his room while in grad school.

I like the diffuser. looks very nice. using x 1 week thus far and works as expected. I wish there was some indicator to know what setting it was on so I didn't have to keep pushing button. I wish I would have gotten a larger on, I have a relatively larger room I use it in every night and it is out of water in 4ish hours. Which is why I LOVE the auto shut off function!!!

I absolutely LOOOOOOOVE this diffuser! It's quiet, effective, and has made all the difference in the WORLD. I ordered two: one for the living room and one for the bedroom. It's hard to fully convey the improvement it has made. It works BEAUTIFULLY, consistently, and effectively. I love the ever-changing lights, and who knew it could moisturize the entire room so well! I use it with a variety of essential oils – it's FANTASTIC! BTW: I got this because my Doctor had added one at her offices this year. The room was so fresh, so inviting and so comfortable (oregano essential oil.. amazing!) - not dry and "cold" feeling. That was enough for me – I was sold. I'm so glad I was exposed to this product. This is my first diffuser, and it was very easy to set up - just add water with the included cup, add a few drops of oil, and turn it on. It starts diffusing immediately, you can see the fine mist, and the soft lights around the top are also really relaxing as they cycle through or can be fixed at a single color. There diffuser operates really quietly -there's a very slight, muted water bubbling noise, but it's relaxing -i almost didn't even notice it. I purchased the dark wood version to match my furniture -it's pretty dark, but pretty, and the lights really make it attractive. I've only used lavender oil for relaxation so far, now I just have to start researching and experimenting with some other oils. I like this diffuser so much, I may purchase a second unit for another room - very happy with this purchase!

This diffuser has been working day and night since I received the item late December, 7 weeks ago. It's not noisy, looks decent and it is much cheaper than similar items at my local stores. Setting the color to purple by having to push down 13 times is a ridiculous design failure. Better to keep a neutral color and eliminate choice. I also would have preferred a non-plastic interior. I use the diffuser with peppermint oil to discourage a recent mice invasion.

Where do I begin? Problems and discrepancies all over the place. Problem #1: First use, the URPOWER leaked water all over my counter. Fortunately, it was on granite, and not wood. Remedy: Troubleshooting in the manual states to “remove and reinstall” the “cover and inner.” A) it’s not removable (I tried). B) I’m sorry, I expect my device to work correctly the first time and not leak all over the place. Problem #2: Hardly any mist came out of the diffuser opening at the top (unlike the cheaper, older, plastic model I own). Problem #3: The Mist Button was extremely loose upon arrival and ultimately fell back into the device and disappeared completely (see photo). Problem #4: The Amazon description & Manual specs states “Water Tank Capacity: 160ML”, but the URPOWER Manual states “…water must never be filled over 120ML (MAX) line, but the unit itself has no MAX or ML line at all. The pitcher that came with the URPOWER has a line of 150ML. I have purchased 3 URPOWER units. The first one was the basic plastic one, about a year ago. While glitchy, I have managed to “make” it continue working. With this order, I also purchased the bamboo URPOWER in the same shape as my old plastic one. It seems OK, so I’m going to keep it. However, I am not purchasing from this company again. No quality control. Contradictory information. Cheaply made, looks cheap, and the dark brown is unattractive. I do not recommend. UPDATE MAY 10, 2018 The seller reached out to me after my review, and sent a replacement unit at no charge. The replacement unit worked right out of the box, and looks a little better. The customer service was good and speedy.

i bought this for my dad's birthday recently because he liked my diffuser but wanted a different style. the woodwork look on this product is great and sleek for either home or office. easy to refill and to clean because the top part comes off easily and that's it, not a two step situation or anything. it came with a lil measuring cup (which i thought was cute) but i feel like the max line on the measuring cup goes a lil over the max line for the diffuser. the light changing trait paired with the cylindrical woodwork style is subtle enough to be anywhere, even in an office. the light isn't too bright or distracting and the color is dark enough to not stand out too much.
