I recently bought this 8-socket extension lead from Amazon and have been really happy with it overall. It also has three additional ports and one USB port, which is really convenient—I love being able to charge my phone directly without needing a plug adapter. One of the best features is that it has individual on/off switches for each row of four sockets. That makes it super easy to control power and helps save energy when you’re not using everything at once. The cable itself is nicely braided and feels very durable and high-quality, which is a big plus. The only downside I’ve noticed is that some of the sockets are a bit difficult to plug into at first. Some plugs go in easily, but others require quite a bit of effort. I’m hoping that loosens up slightly with use, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, though, it’s a really solid extension lead and definitely worth it for the number of features and build quality.

The 1.8 meter length is fine, for my needs, but could be to small for others, so bear that in mind. Overall, it works exactly as expected — no issues, no fuss. Practical, reliable, and well-designed. This product arrived in a branded cardboard box. There are 8 sockets spots and 4 USB ports so this extension is a great option for us. It has a great design and the quality is excellet. Sturdy and lightweight and considering the amount of outlets it is quite compact. It tidied up all our messy cables etc. Great price point.

Used this for years now. Still working perfectly. Has my PC, TV and multiple chargers plugged into it. Really useful that you can switch off one side or the other, or both! We used 3m strips to hold it in place on the side of a desk which really saves space and makes it more convenient to use. The sockets work perfectly well and it's useful to have the USB ports in addition to the sockets. The cable length is perfect for what we need.
