This is a nice heated pad for our cats and I purchased two. I took two stars off because the larger of the two pads is working just fine, but the smaller one has, a couple of times now, shut itself off and all the lights on the control blink. It's past time to return and I really like the pad with the temperature and time choices, but now I'm leery of purchasing another one to replace the one that no longer works after a month. EDIT: it looks like the pad that was blinking was developing hot spots where I had it. I moved it and it’s been just fine. I bought another one so my kitties have another warm spot. So definitely a 5 star product.

It was cold, my cat enjoyed it. He got bored of it quickly though. The timer is intervals of 4, 8, 12, and 24 hrs.

This feels quite high quality, which is surprising for the low price. The cord is non-chewable, it doesn't get too hot, and can be left on 24/7. There are buttons to adjust temperature and length of time it will operate.

I purchased this product in March 2024. It’s already failing. Doesn’t matter where I move it. I set the timer for 4 hours on heat setting 3 and it overheats/shuts off within an hour. Can’t find anywhere to contact the company to find out if there’s a warranty or not. Their website is fishy - contact email is “[email protected]” - What a joke! Phone # is similar “ (+63) 555 1212” That sounds like the old information/411 number if you ask me. I will never buy from this company again.

Worked good for a season. The control switch would turn off sometimes leaving unit off. It was nice to have option to turn up for colder weather but it didnt always work correctly. Its like a heavy duty heating pad. The unit is always on weather pet is using it or not which is a higher cost to use. The cord is not really that protected coming out of pad. After a couple times of malfunctioning I ended up replacing it with K&H Pet Products Outdoor Heated Extreme Weather Kitty Pad & Fleece Cover. It always works, uses less electricity, better product and I don't worry it's going to catch on fire. I recommend buying the k&h instead.

I have a feral kitty, she's been fixed, just showed up. It took awhile for her to trust me, now we've actually bonded :) She refused to get into her nice kitty house, until I put this warming pad in it. Now, she sleeps in her kitty house every night. The weather will be extremely cold here, soon. We love it, working great!
