Works fairly well bad knees
A quick spray and immediate moderate relief from my bone-on-bone knee pain. Not as effective as Voltaren, but less expensive and very handy. Will buy more.

It does the job but don't last as long as the one I found but for moderate pain it's good but severe pain like me nope!

Very strong, definitely does its job relieving pain but my goodness the menthol damn. But that's how you know it works, a great pain relief spray that has helped me with my aches, pains, and stiffness!
