I had been having some lower back problems --QL's, spine and gluteus medius--I thought some of it was a result of my forward head posture, which I've been trying to correct, so I decided to try this neck stretcher on a lark...had nothing to lose. Imagine my pleasant surprise when my lower back started to feel better immediately. I highly recommend that you follow the directions of limiting the amount of time you lie on this in the beginning...it can cause some light-headedness. There are 2 sides so you can experience different amounts of stretch. I use both sides. To get the full effect, you bring your hands up near your ears, feeling your shoulders pin back into the floor. It also opens up your chest. I then straighten my arms behind my head, trying to touch my hands to the floor. It's a great stretch. A friend of mine has the RestCloud as well and she said it has helped her too. I think it depends on what ails you but all I can say is that this significantly improved the condition of my lower back and my neck and shoulders are more relaxed.

Maybe my neck is longer than it should be? I have to sort of slide farther down on the neck stretcher to make it where my head doesn't touch the floor, which is probably negating the effect of the device. I'll try putting a book under it to see if that works. It is helping, regardless of being a bit too small. When I crochet, my right arm and hand go numb, but after using this for a few days, it has improved.

Each time I used it, my next and shoulder muscles got looser and looser, the area right between my shoulders too. I would intermittently get headaches because of neck tension that was always present from years of no adjustment and I guess just wacking everything out of alignment. By the 4th session I was like “Wow, full range of motion and smooth as ever.” You will get sore in certain areas at the start because tender knots are being loosened and then healing, but it wasnt enough to cause a headache for me, just slight and dull in areas of the neck. Don’t forget to use both sides for 3.5-5 minutes each, totally about 7-10 minutes per session. You also need to bend your knees and set them down as you lay back, don’t so this completely flat. The people complaining were probably doing it wrong, or maybe it just doesn’t work for their issue. Because some of us might be really tight and stiff at the beginning if using this…it is definitely going to feel uncomfortable the first time you use it. It doesn’t feel soft depending on how tight your muscles are…you’ll know it’s working when it feels softer each time. Feels good to have smoother feeling motion and no tension leading to a headache.

This arrived within a day. The neck pain kept me up at night and after using this for 10 minute- session, I could sleep through the night. Although I had stiff neck in the morning, I am glad I can at least get a good night sleep. It says you can only use 10 min at a time and 30 min max (so 3 times). I incorporating breaks during my work 2/day for a break from monitors and relaxing the neck. I thought about getting the heating and vibrating one, but this support alone does the trick. Strongly recommended.

My chiropractor suggested I get this. I thought “what kind of a difference can it make?” Turns out, a big one. Anytime I have neck pain leading to headaches, this will relieve the pain and help neck movement mobility. Doesn’t take it all away, but improves things for sure. Already have three friends that bought them after using mine. Highly recommended.
