Do I only wear them while playing, or should I wear them on my off days as well

I can only tell you what I do and can't advise you. I wear them all day and remove them at night at bedtime.

should you sleep with it on?

No. Would not sleep with it on.

What percent is copper in this sleeve?

I don’t know. I just tried to find the answer, with no luck. However, I can tell you they do work. I wear them to bed at night, due to my knees being bone on bone. I finally sleep all night without pain. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy more. I have a friend who’s a nurse. She has been using the copper fit knee sleeve for 6+ months, and recommended them to me. I hope this helps.

Why is there no size chart for this?

They do have a full size chart. It even tells you how to measure your leg circumference to get the right size.
