I have zero regrets for buying this product. It makes me happy. I was in an accident and got life altering whiplash. I suffered for many years. Too much time spent with a Miami J collar on. Couldn't run, do sit ups, hop or jump since then because of cranial instability and neck strain. I'm an industrial designer so I like to study products, it comes naturally. What I found extremely useful with this product, aside from its advertised uses, is that I can use it to do short little excercises while wearing it that I couldn't do before because of neck strain. It helps me get a workout in to rebuild my body. I tried sit-ups, pushups, hopped up and down a little bit... No neck strain or blackouts whaaat??? Omg! 😂 I'm now filled with joy and a renewed sense of hope. If I can "wake up" long since used muscles and retrain them, then they can help me re-stabilize my neck. It would encourage my body to use the muscles more correctly. What sometimes happens after a long time injury is kind of like what happens after relying on a walking cane for a long time... your body starts to form around the cane. You curve around it and your muscle structure starts to fight gravity in a whole new way, not the most ergonomic way. So then its like your body learns to reinforce the injured state by continuously using your muscles the wrong way. Muscles support your bone structure. When you injure your skeleton, you also injure the muscles. If you fix the muscles then they can help fix your skeleton. Long story long... I think this device will be a new best friend of mine in the fight to become bionic again. I can hardly wait to figure out other workouts I can do while using this product. Maybe I'll try yoga or windshield wippers. I might even see if I can jog a little with it on. In other news... I love the way it stretches my neck and holds up my head. Its very therapeutic and i would recommend it for anyone with even the slightest ache because its like a reset button for spinal alignment. The only downside is that if you have to yawn then you must loosen the brace. Also, dont wear it all day because you will weaken your neck. Sometimes on, sometimes off is the best way. They say 10-20 minutes at a time is best. As with any brace, like a wrist band, back or neck brace...relying on it all day long for support will weaken that area. Think of the tribal women who wear many rings around their necks. When they finally take them off, their neck is so weak it can't support the head. If I was to think of one way to make this product even better, I would thicken the padding or add an air pocket at the bottom of the collar where it pushes against the collar bone to make it even more fantastic. When you're in neck pain you're desperate for a solution so you'll try anything. I noticed that pulling up on my neck made the pain stop, so I started looking for a traction device and found this one. I was doubtful and not expecting much......but it works! It's a bit bulky and made of plastic, so durability is a big question mark, but it got me out of pain so I'm happy. I don't use it much anymore, but it seems to be holding up ok, but time will tell. If it continues to work well I'll revise my rating to 5 stars. Otherwise, I have no gripes except wish it was cheaper.......but you know how that goes! ;O)

After trying a few different cervical neck stretchers and devices to help provide a therapeutic level of traction for some neck issues, I finally found this true traction option that works really well. I was able to fine-tune the various adjustment mechanisms to achieve a comfortable fit with just the right level of traction to take pressure off the cervical vertebrae and stabilize them for 10-15 minutes a day. My pain levels have improved for the first time in years-- a welcome relief. It's a sizable apparatus and takes a few minutes to learn how to put on the first time, but well worth the small learning curve and the minor space it takes in the closet when I'm not using it.

I purchased the Cervical Neck Traction Device hoping for effective neck relief, but it didn’t work as expected. While the concept seemed promising, the design applied too much pressure on my chin and jaw, making it uncomfortable to use for any extended period. Instead of relieving tension, it created more discomfort, especially around the lower face. It might work for some, but for me, the pressure points made it unusable. Pros: - Adjustable settings for personalized traction - Lightweight and portable design Cons: - Excessive pressure on chin and jaw causing discomfort - Failed to provide effective neck relief - Uncomfortable for extended use

Was on the fence about buying this but it’s been helpful since it’s hard to get to the chiropractor often. Easy to use other the turning the knob on the back of your neck. Feel it’s already paid for itself because the chiropractor charge 60 bucks for decompression session. I use it when I wake up and before I go to bed and seems to help loosen my neck and shoulders since I drive for a living. You do look like you’ve broken your neck but it’s easy to wear around the house and get benefits from it. The padding is comfortable while stretching your neck. Can’t complain I would buy again.

This Cervical Neck Traction Device does pretty much what it is advertised to do. The thing is a bit clunky. Not very comfortable. It takes a little time to adjust it properly. The piece on the back of the head is difficult to secure properly. The construction seems somewhat cheap, and I wonder how well it will hold up over time. On the positive side, the device has provided some relief for my neck issues. Even so, I am looking for something better ... if something better exists. In the meantime, I will use it because it is still better than nothing.

Shoulder supports are not adjustable, too short and angled so that the outer edge digs into the shoulder blades and does not displace the weight of your head evenly on the shoulders, also does not extend over the shoulders (too short) The resulting design causes the device to slide down the shoulder blades as the pressure is applied to lift the head. This device appears to be designed for small frame people only. These flaws could be resolved with slight design modifications to flatten and extend the shoulder supports allowing them to extend up and over the shoulders allowing for the even displacement of head weight. The current design does not do this effectively and is uncomfortable.

The following review is base on my personal experience, please DO NOT treat my experience as a medical advice! If you have neck problem, you should see a specialist/doctor to determine the best treatment for you! I use this device for a month now. I had some arm/shoulder numbness and sourness for a while, I went through two months Physical therapy but it does not improve. Then my family doctor ordered a MRI imaging which reveled that my neck spinal have been narrowed at one point it press the left arm nerve. upon this MRI report I had been referred to a Neurosurgeon. Luckily I found an experienced specialist, instead of an surgical operation he advised me to perform neck traction 3 times a day for some time. I compared lots of traction device in Amazon between $20 to $350 range. Since this is for my health and I like to have a better design/construction product, so I skip the lower end, and rather to buy the high end product. However these $350 devices is designed to work while lay down flat, for me it is not convenience to use especially three times a day. Thus I choice this $110 item. I am glad I did the right thing, it fit my need, after about 10 days usage, I have great improvement, now after one month usage (3 times a day), I don't feel soreness/numb on my left arm/shoulder. This device seems have reasonable good build quality, the air pump and air bag hold 15 psi air pressure during my 15~20 minutes usage not leakage. So far this product work well for me, but the long term durability is not known yet . Although the price is not cheap but I feel it is worth to paid to avoid an risky neck surgical operation! Just wish it is a FSA billable item!

The package arrived with open packet and no user manual no product box was there. Smells like a used product. I have paid for international delivery charges but of no use. Will try the product via youtube and update my reviews as per experience.
