How do I let you know what size I need in the order?

They are pretty true to size so if you are a 10.5 mens in a athletic shoe order same size

I bought size 9 which are snug. Do these stretch much with wear:? Should i go up to 9W or 9.5:?

I've had mine for about 6 months to wear when horseback riding. They've been partially submerged in the river multiple times, hiked endless miles in and I would say they have stretched little to none. I'm also a size 9 and the length is a true 9. If yours are uncomfortably snug I would go with a 9 wide. I don't think the half size up would necessarily increase the width, and if it does it might not be in the spots where you need it as it would be a shoe larger than you normally wear.

There is no where to select a size. I can put it into my cart and go to payment without there ever being a way to select a size. !??

There probably is only one size left in the color you chose. If you look at other colors, they will offer you more sizes.
