Amazing, just heavenly - truly the BEST
Get some - this is the best-tasting coffee! No issues, just need more! And they might offer a bigger bag...hmmm... But this Birdee Vietnamese coffee seems subtle, until the first delicious sip hits the front of your nose/mouth and smells/tastes fruity and caramelly and awakening, and then has a buttery back-of-the-throat lingering taste. Oh my, I miss it. This coffee is non-acidic, no head wobbly feeling (good caffeine content and free of other stuff), and overall, just phenomenal coffee beans, source, and techniques of picking/drying/roasting. I cannot wait until they restock! I might have to find this company outside of Amazon. I want to try their Robusta, but it is pricier. Also harder to come by with most coffees and is apparently the best of the best. So, Robusta Birdee coffee next! This particular coffee here is a great price in this market. I love love love it! I am an avid coffee-drinker, and I have tummy issues but not from this coffee. Also helps me to drink less coffee actually...I do not know why. But please try this brand - and this coffee in particular. ****RESTOCK THIS ONE PLEASE****

Bountiful crema, and nutty flavor!
I just received my first delivery of this coffee (that was fast!) and pulled my first two double-shots for lattes. Man, this is incredibly good stuff, the crema is thick and bountiful, and the flavor is amazing! A definite must-have!

Good for cold brew
I wanted to try these beans after finding other brands too acidic. This coffee tastes smooth, strong, and has a slight bitter note. I use it for cold brew and it’s been working for me.

The coffee is strong. smooth and the coffee does not get stale fast after brewing like some other coffee.

Birdee Vietnamese coffee is excellent, such a bargain. This is a great choice if you want the intense flavor and body of Robusta. I use it to make espresso with a Gaggia Classic Pro. I live in Oregon USA and it is next-to-impossible to find local roasters who deal in Robusta.

A good robusto blend with rich flavor.
This coffee blend (it has a percentage of robusto for an extra flavor boost) is very tasty, but I am a bit too frugal to make it my regular daily choice. I will probably buy it occasionally but will unfortunately sacrifice a little flavor to save money.
