I've been using this product for about a week now during my routine skin care twice a day. It doesn't smell like medicine, and is feels kinda silky. Not greasy or sticky at all. I haven't used it during a cold sore yet, but it does seem to improve my dry lips and prevent it from cracking.

Awesome awesome balm that helped my lips to look and feel smoother! I like that my lips feel soft and not sticky. Container size is perfect as it fits anywhere although a tube would probably be best.

salve is not usable
Texture is runny with grainy white grainules. Salve will not amalgamate. I just opened this new jar. I know I can not return this. My only option is to order a new one. I certainly will open it as soon as I return it to be sure it is not spoiled.

I had a business meeting scheduled for a Monday and I started getting a cold sore on my lip the previous Friday. The Lipsplus product stopped the progression and healed it quickly and I had no trace of it at my meeting the next Monday.
