There are few instructions, yet the device is very intuitive and simple to use. First steps are to setup your wallet and write down your recovery password, second is to download the specific alt coin wallet apps to interface with the hardware unit. Last steps are to transfer your alt coins to the appropriate hex address and ultimately store your crypto's offline

My wife's ledger works fine though she is scared to use it because of what happened two me. My ledger worked long enough to put 1 bitcoin on it (now worth $18,000) then it stopped working. After 4 weeks and 3 emails, the Ledger company has yet to even reply. It is frightening to think this money might be lost.

This product is completely unusable. Before you buy, simply type 'boot error' into Google, and negative reviews will light up. Many people are unable to use this product, as it freezes during startup. Are you really going to put your e-money in this thing? Worst product ever. Research before you buy. You have been warned.

Adding security to a computer, phone, or any device is always a bit laborious. In this case, it did take some time to go through the process but it was simple and straight forward. Took about a half hour+ but was well worth it. I am now 100% confident that my currencies are 99.99% safe.

Came as advertised.Being somewhat "Techtarded" still figuring out the different cryptocurrency apps and the transfer system. But the set up was pretty straight forward with the password and the private key. And was able to transfer some BTC from Bittrex so real happy about that. No question .. you GOTTA get this si you have any crypto in either exchanges like Bittrex or wallets like MyCelium. THEY are just not secure .. and this hardware is the shit in keeping your crypto safe in one place. While I am still trying to figure out how to transfer Ether and the other crypto's .. I think it will happen and all will be good in the world. Especially when the country banks accept that crypto and blockchain ain't goin away and more retailers start accepting it. Once Amazon gets on board .. watch the price soar!!
