Completely satisfied with quality.

This book is outstanding! Unusual in its format, but still amazing. Most language books cover things like script, pronunciation and then go on to things like words, verbs, nouns, sentences. This one focuses on the letter families and words using them. About half the book is designed this way. Then suddenly it presents you with complete paragraphs, excerpts from Urdu writers. This is not recommended for a totally new language but works for people like me who already know Hindi, some Urdu and Farsi. The fonts (English and Nastaliq) are nice and big, the paper and binding excellent, the price is right. The writers use a very pleasant style. It is written in good English. Rekhta has done so much to promote Urdu! They should produce more books. For example, writings of Urdu writers and poets with annotations and English translations.

Sir I thank Rekhta for publishing very good guide to teach Urdu language. The price is also very reasonable. I request that Rekhta should also publish a good work book for practice for Urdu, this would be very useful. Maktaba Jamia Publication is doing national service to publish Urdu books at very cheap price. The government should consider giving grant to this institute as it is in financial crises and is not able to pay salary to its employees timely. The Jama Masjid Urdu bazar book shop is now closed. Rekhta has used good paper and printing is also good. There are some mistakes I request Rekhta to correct in the next edition. I enumerate the same as follows. Page 165 the spelling of deputy is misspelt and that should be corrected in next edition.

If you have basic knowledge in Arabic, then this book is just a cake walk for you, Even If you don't know Arabic also, you can learn very easily. I can able to finish it as well as can learn in 10days.
