Namasthe All,We run a ATM franchise and here we need to switch on and off lights on daily basis as per the daily conditions. So every we have to walk to ATM to switch On and off lights. But through product I don’t have to visit the space every time to switch on and off lights. I just connected it my the WiFi there and now easily manages electrical connections from my mobile remotely. Worth to buy. Try it.

Purchased a 2 node and 4 node smart switch together. the 4 node worked fine but the 2 node kept going offline. Initially I suspected a wiring issue so tried testing that out but soon found it that the wifi transceiver was defective and it had supply without breaks. Tried reporting this via app (no reply), tried calling toll free number (no one picks up), Whatsapp number is a chat messenger where you keep adding a ton of details over and over but no one calls back, wrote through their contact form and feedback email, no one replies either. Do not purchase product from this firm as if something were to go wrong your money just went down the drain as you will have no customer support whatsoever. So disappointing for a firm this size.

Works in a blink with out any lag i have used other brand where i have experienced lag but these work excellent

It’s a good product, but I have some inputs:-1) I faced minor connectivity issues in initial stage of use. But since one month of usage- It works well enough.2) Difficult to install by self, you need a technician and enough knowledge to guide the technician (As there is no proper manual provided- you need chat gpt or youtube guidance)3) There is no energy monitoring system like the smart plug- you can only use the on/off feature via phone/alexa and the auto timer.4) Highly overpriced in my opinion. New home owners should totally avoid this and go for Automated Switch consoles (better value and one time investment)

Updated on 05/08/2023This is my first smart switch which I want to try before adding more devices to home.Amazon delivered package next day and package is Ok !!And device is tightly packed in its box and it took a while to take it out 😅. Instructions are clear and if you are capable guy you can set it up easily. I called electrician to set it up. As you can see in pic device is easily fixed into 3x2 box.Setting up wifi is little tricky but can be easily connected. Make sure to turn on location for quick finding and can easily connect to wifi.Automations : There is no scheduling option but can create scenes. But the rules in Alexa and Google home are not working but "On" & "Off" are working with voice assistants. Wipro need to do more research why automations are not working in Alexa & Google home.Connectivity: Wifi connectivity is consistent. Even after wifi interruptions also I did not find any issue.If automations are woking in Alexa & Google home then it is best one in market.I suggest to go for it if you are ok to use Schedules in Wipro only app.Update:Miraculously device stopped very next day this review went live 😂😂, how funny it is . I raised complete through Wipro Customer care and they responded that issue will be resolved within 5-7 working days. I'll update the review after that.
