I could choose from various colors to make the tags unique and personal. The preview feature allowed me to see exactly how the tags would look before finalizing my order. I wish I would have gotten the hole on the opposite side. Other than that very good quality and looks nice. Good value for money. Good size and readable.

I wasn't able to get a photo of the detail but trust me when I say it was spot on. Our son served over 20 years in the USAF... His tags went missing and maybe someday someone may advertise that they have been found but for now I am very pleased with the quality and detail provided with these replacements and the chains. The rubber edging is a nice touch too. They were packaged nicely and delivered in a timely fashion. Thank you. I also had a copy made for our other son. Very pleased!!

Engraving quality is very good. Light weight. Since I did not have my fathers military ID, trhis was a really nice product to have with his military patches from WWII.

The rubber noise reduction piece keeps popping off. Useless. The tag itself is great. I will be gluing the rubber on myself.

The customized embossing wasn't very deep and the metal wasn't very thick -- at least I don't think it matches up to real dogtags -- but it came quickly and the embossing was exactly as I'd ordered it. I had a little trouble getting the chain hooked up (ball and socket type, like a sink drain plug is on) since I didn't have tools for opening and closing the socket side, so I skipped using the short chain and just put the tags directly on the long chain. Nice way to commemorate a loved one who served or to send a message as a gift.

This is one gift my grandson absolutely loves. He wanted these to honor his Pappy who died for our country and he hasn't taken them off since he opened the gift. Thank you for the excellent quality and for making my grandson very happy. 🥰
