Streamlight 14059 Elastic Headstrap: The Perfect Companion for Your Headlamp
I am extremely impressed with the Streamlight 14059 Elastic Headstrap. It has transformed my headlamp experience with its unmatched level of comfort and adjustability. I paired it with a Streamlight flashlight that offers both white and red LED options and it was the perfect match. I use it primarily for night flight and preflight as a pilot, camping, and any task that requires hands-free lighting. I recently used this on 6 hours of instrument night flying in a Cessna 172 in rough instrument conditions and it never become uncomfortable. This light gave me the ability to get a low-intensity red light right where I needed it at all times. The elastic headstrap is easy to adjust to any head size and stays securely in place during use. It also allows for easy angle adjustments for the flashlight. It is made of durable materials and can withstand heavy use. I already own other Streamlight products and this headstrap is consistent with their exceptional quality. I highly recommend the Streamlight 14059 Elastic Headstrap for anyone looking to enhance their headlamp experience.

Good quality !!!!!!!
A very good, quality, general purpose head strap that should fit a multitude of different headlamps. The mounting unit designed to fit the Sidewinder Compact Angle Head Flashlight is easily removed. I have used these head straps on a couple of Energizer LED headlamps that are otherwise very good headlamps but which come with less robust head straps that don't last. The vital component missing from the product description is the width of the strap, which is 1 inch (25mm).

Really nicely made
It’s just a headband, but they did a really good job at designing it. It doesn’t dig into my forehead and is sturdy enough to keep the light where it needs to be. The light attachment point is also well thought out and it’s easy to attach and remove the headlamp as needed.
