I've been taking for a month and have noticed improvements in how I feel. Physically, I just feel a little better with a little more energy (general sense of well-being). I've noted improved clarity/mental sharpness and reduced fluid retention/puffiness, especially in my eyes and face. Not a magic pill but I believe its made some improvement in how I feel.

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis nearly 30 years ago. I take Nature-Thyroid. I had blood work done recently and although all my thyroid levels were good by TPO antibodies were elevated. I was feeling it as fatigue, digestive problems and stress. I am grateful that through my search to treat what is going on with me I found Dr. Westin Childs' products and articles regarding this complex autoimmune disease. As a part of the protocol for trying to lower my TPO antibodies I purchased T3 Conversion Booster and Thyroid Adrenal Reset Complex. I am taking the recommended dose of 2 capsules/2x day, 1 of each in the am and 1 of each in the pm. I was amazed that after only 4 days of taking both these supplements I started to have more normal bowel movement. Prior I suffered loose stool or diarrhea for many years. What a relief! I started 2 of the 5 steps Dr. Westin uses in his practice to help lower TPO antibodies. The 1st by adding more zinc and selenium through his supplements and 2nd, by adopting the gluten free, dairy free, soy free diet he suggests as one of the diets that may help. I am confident that these 2 steps alone already have been extremely helpful. I was eating gluten and soy free, but cutting out dairy was huge. Within a week the inflammation I felt was noticeably less. Another plus is that I am not suffering my usual spring allergies of sneezing, itchy eyes and throat. Amazing! No allergy symptoms whatsoever and spring has sprung. Plus, my blood pressure had become elevated which stunned me because my blood pressure has always been low. Blood pressure has returned to within normal range. Dr. Childs has empowered me with the knowledge that I have a chance to treat and manage my symptoms. Now taking his supplements for about 2 ½ months I can honestly say they are helping me. I am feeling much much better.

I’ve been taking this product for a year now. I have replaced thyroid hormone pills. Effective, no problem with cost. So worth it. Does what it says.

I have been taking the Thyroid Adrenal Reset Complex since March of this year. When it was suggested that I see and endocrinologist I could not get an appointment for over 5 months. I take it as directed in the morning and I have had a miraculous turn around. I've coupled it with the Adrenal Reset Complex II. In combination I feel immensely better and it didn't take long to see results. I highly recommend these products they are well worth the money especially if you have doctors that only want to treat tests not symptoms which has been my experience in the past. Good Luck! My wife tried it and one in the morning works good, she says her head clears up and improves stamina. Don't take it at night and abstain from taking it at least 2 weeks prior to your cortisol saliva test. UPDATE. Don't get me wrong, I respect Dr.Childs. He's a great doctor, but it's a honest review. This thing is not at par with dried adrenal cortex. It's a joke to say the least. You have to ingest this supplement 2 or three times per day and it does work, but too little too slow. There are no hormone in it. It's really kind of a medicine which is really designed to spend money onto, but not actually to help you out if you have at least mild adrenal deficiency. I guess, Dr.Childs created it thinking better be safe and made it not potent.

With very little info on if this is the right product to use. I got a bottle to use and see how it effects me. The selling info is there. But without a Dr to guide it's just a personal trial and error.
