Organic Holy Fudge Filled Dark Chocolate, 2.47 Ounce

You get one package, and in the package there are 3 individually wrapped chocolate bars. The wrapper on the chocolate is easy to open. The bar is 1.25" by 3.5" and in three blocks that you can break apart from each other. It says it is filled with fudgy dark chocolate so I was expecting a ooze or a different consistency in the middle. But it is all the same consistency. It is a nice creamy chocolate I really like the flavor of this chocolate it is really nice, but it isn't fudgy but it does have the word dense in there too but dense and fudgy don't really go together for me. But putting the description of the chocolate aside is really good chocolate.

This is genuine dark chocolate, so it will have a slightly bitter tase. It gives me the feeling of enjoying a snack, without the guilt. It comes in 3 bars, so you can portion accordingly.

I've tried several different TCHO chocolates and they have all been outstanding. So far, this "holy fudge" is my very favorite. It uses pure Ghana cacao (not single origin, but single country at least). The ingredients are amazing. It's all organic and natural, just: cacao, cane sugar, cocoa butter, coconut oil, lecithin, vanilla. The sweetness is around a 5.5/10. It says 75% cacao shell, although the actual sweetness tastes closer to 65% cacao in my opinion. All the TCHO "filled bars" have a somewhat softer center, although it's not as soft as a truffle and I wouldn't really classify it as filled. Overall - this is a really excellent chocolate, with a unique truffle-like texture and a complex taste. I really love the flavor profile of this bar in particular, and the ingredients are excellent. If you are a chocolate connoisseur or a fan of specialty cacao, you will enjoy everything from the TCHO line.

These chocolate bars are amazing. The dark chocolate flavor is perfect and it’s texture is surprisingly soft. A lot of dark chocolate bars are very brittle, but these bars are closer to a milk chocolate texture. The one thing that confuses me is that the label says that they have a filling, but I don’t see any filling when I bite into the bars. Either there is not very much filling or the filling is the exact same color as the outside. Or maybe both are true. However, the minimal or lack of filling doesn’t matter to me because the chocolate is so good. I really like that each box contains three individually wrapped bars. It prevents me from eating an entire box at once. Then each bar is sectioned into three squares, so you can easily share a bar with other people. If you want to. You might just want to keep it all to yourself.

These bars are okay. They have a bit of an aftertaste to me, but the initial flavor is good.

Turned out to be mainly a dark chocolate bar. Supposed to have notes of crispy brownie edges, which if there, was unnoticeable. The Fudgy truffle filling was a thin line --couldn't really tell if it was truffle, not enough even to taste surrounded by the dark chocolate.
