Works absolute wonders, I had lash extensions for a while and also did my own clusters and the mix of the two severely damaged my natural lashes so I tried everything and this worked the best. My natural lashes now come just shy of touching my eyebrows and I truly thank this serum. It stings a tiny bit if it gets in your eyes, but not bad at all and it's definitely worth it.

My teenage daughter was using this brand, so I thought I would try it. The growth serum actually works but this conditioner keeps lashes thicker and strong. I apply it almost daily to top and bottom lashes.

Ive been using this for about 3-4 days now and I noticed that there's a puffy gray raised line about my lash line. I'm not sure if I'm having a reaction to this stuff, but I will have to stop using it until this goes away. It freaked me out seeing this in the mirror. Just wanted to leave a review in case this has happened to anyone else. I have been using grande lash md for the past 3 years and my eyes have been fine, but once I started using this at night, my eyes look crazy. I included a photo with the flash, and without the flash. It definitely burned when I put it on, which I guess is expected with stuff like this. Just never seen my eyes look like this. I was hoping this would work. 🥺

My daughter has been using this for 2 weeks. Have not seen much improvement as it is still early. But there were no negative side effects.

I have always used and loved the lash serum by this company and thought I would take a chance on the conditioner. Honestly, I don’t notice a big difference in the condition of my lashes after using this for 30 days. They did grow longer, but I assume that’s because I was also using the lash serum at night and the conditioner in the morning. Now that I won’t be using the conditioner, it will be an interesting experiment to monitor the condition of my lashes without it. At the moment, however, I don’t have any plans to purchase this again. This is not a win for me.

There are a lot of things that I’ve either sent back or threw away but ! This is a keeper I’m 72 yrs old and my bottom lashes are very sparse x this product is helping immensely. I can see the difference in 6 weeks

Usé el producto completo tal como dicen las instrucciones, sin interrupción. Mis pestañas siguieron igual, no hubo el más mínimo cambio. Funciona mil veces mejor NuLash o LiLash. No pierdan su dinero.

I have been using this product for 7 weeks now and I see no difference in my lashes whatsoever. I apply it every single night, maybe forgot to use it three times over the 7 weeks period. My lashes still look the same. No change in a length or volume. Also, my eyes burn when the product gets inside of them during the application and it happens almost every single time. Overall, I can’t recommend this product as it does nothing for me except for burning my eyes. It is very disappointing as I was super excited about it.

I have given it at least 6 months - nothing. I have used other products that did work quite well but thought this one being made in N America would be a safer option and it was reviewed really well by Vogue — it does not work at all for me.
