Smarty Stop Chocolate Covered Roasted Espresso Coffee Beans (Dark Chocolate, 1 Pound (Pack OF 1))

These caffeine candies are tasty. They're thickly coated so if you prefer vanilla to coffee, these treats are for you. They came fresh, the bag filled, and they were on a cooling pack to ensure they didn't melt during travel. The caffeine on these is mellow but definitely kicks in. I sometimes prefer treats like this with a bit of chocolate mixed in but I didn't know for sure until trying these. They are delicious and a white chocolate lovers dream since they're so rich. They're very sweet but it's chocolate- I can't complain. Great delivery packaging and quick timing. 👌

These Coffee Beans are full of Dark Chocolate. The most impressive thing is the way they shipped it. Twice I've bought the 5 pound bag and they've come with two cold packs, then wrapped in an insulated package. NO Melting in there!! 😱They taste really good too! 😎

Came perfectly... were packed very in ice and not a broken bean. They taste really good.

I have not written a review in a long time but this has inspired me to write this. I have been looking forward to getting these beans all week.. I get them today and they are such a disappointment! The last brand I had was the Britt costa rican Brand which was delicious but these are horrible. The coating is chalky and doesn't even taste like white chocolate to me. The beans are tiny inside a huge coating. bad bad bad!

8/26/21 update - on a subsequent order, one of the candies was actually a chocolate covered rock (see pic). Luckily I didn’t bite down too hard, but I’m taking one star away from my previous review for quality control. Original post- I ordered 1lb of chocolate covered coffee beans to save by buying in semi-bulk, and was a little apprehensive when the label on the bag I received didn't match the picture in this listing. Not to worry - these candies are addictively good, and I'm already planning to buy more. Each candy has a shellac-like coating, which is not as shiny as wax based coatings, but works better, keeping the chocolate from melting in your hand and adding a nearly imperceptible crunch. The chocolate itself is much higher quality than other brands I've tried (LL Bean, Kroger, bulk candy stores), and with the addition of good, fresh coffee beans, makes for a terrific afternoon snack.

They are unformed in size and with both chocolate covering and bean size , would purchase them again

So my boyfriend & I LOVE coffee. We’ve both been talking about chocolate covered espresso beans and I debated on making some but I figured if I looked hard enough I could find a good bean lol. These are SO good! Fresh chocolate & nice coffee bean crunch!! I bought him a bag to surprise him. I gave 2 stars on the presentation because they come in a clear plastic ziplock w the nutritional value & barcode labeled on it. He’s going to love em!! Will buy from again! Thanks!! 💕
