I bought this ring light for filming videos and taking pictures, and it works really well. The light is bright but not harsh, and you can adjust the intensity easily. It’s lightweight, easy to assemble, and perfect for beginners. Great value for money.

This is very cheap quality product i bought it recently last 30 december . But i use it 2-3 times only .yesterday when i was going to make video suddenly wire is going to smell and get a fire from wire. Too much cheap product i gt it . I am very much disappointed from amazon who delivered me a very bad quality product. And my son who is only 7 years old he was making video on tripod and suddenly there s fire comes out on wire.

I would recommend this product if you want a good lighting for your video and photo. The light intensity is super good and highly recommend for the beginners. The extras coming with light are superhelpful (camera and mobile holder). But if you need soft light, better go for high end video lights with softbox if you concentrate more on lighting.

Good quality by cable quality is not good stopped working in after 1 month

The ring light is good, but the stand is too small. It can't handle the weight and keeps falling over as soon as I fit the light.double-paid for the product, both online and offline, because the courier didn't tell me it was already settled and took the money anyway

I recently purchased your 18-inch ring light from CLICKTECH RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED, it got delivered yesterday,but the tripod stand is not functioning properly. It feels unstable and does not open fully or freely. Due to this issue, I’m unable to use the product effectively. Contacted amazon Customer Service Couple of times , they are asking me to contact service center & system down from their end coming up with excuses. Thought I submitted a Request on Service center's website on the day it got delivered, by now no email / Call response from their end. Both Amazon & CLICKTECH RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED Services are ridiculous, not resolving customer issue .I contacted Digitek support and shared a video of the issue along with the invoice. Their response was to ask me to courier the defective product at my own cost, despite it being a manufacturing fault. When I requested reimbursement of courier charges and asked for assurance about the quality of the replacement, the support team began copy-pasting the same response repeatedly without actually addressing my concerns. This has caused significant inconvenience and wasted time. As a customer, I should not have to bear return charges or be forced to deal with poor support for a faulty product.
