I give this 10 stars!!
I have been looking for a way to keep ice on my lower back for a while now. And when I come across this and it's affordable price, I figured it could not hurt. I am not disappointed!! I love how it curves to my back and is not stiff. I love that I can tie the belt in the front for my comfort. And it does stay cold a very long time! I have to be careful with it because it feels good enough when I'm in a lot of pain that I will actually where it longer than recommended. I did leave it in my car on a warm day last week and it stayed cold for 2 out of the 4 hours I had it sitting out. It probably would have lasted longer if I had it in a cooler. I will be purchasing the one made to go on the head. This thing is great!!

Stays cold long and is flexible
I was hesitant at first because I wasn’t sure this would be as flexible as gel mat based ice packs or stay cold as long. I used it for icing my herniated disc while lying in bed on my side. It was perfect—stayed cold over an hour and the stretchy bands allowed me to position it as needed by tucking the ends of the bands under my body. No Velcro necessary.

It's soft. The tie, not velcro, holds tight and doesn't cut into you. It stays cold and soft.

GOOD!
The design is very good for icing the lower back region. I do wish it had a more adjustable belt so you basically have to tie it into a knot. It does not take up a lot of space in my freezer.

comfortable and long lasting icing
this stays cold very long and comfortable to lay on. the fabric helps for not allowing freezeer burn. great after arm surgery badk surgery and hip surgery.

Maybe 45 minutes at best , but the covers are comfortable , non irritating , and easy to wear . I just need to find a way to put those cooler packs inside. Those cooler packs last for hours for me.

Really stays cold for 2 hours and very comfortable.

Stays relatively cold
Wonderful for after back surgery. Stays cold for a decently long time— I’m assuming the length of time it stays cold, depends upon each persons body temp. But happy thus far. Only downfall - would prefer a Velcro strap for ease of use.
