Pretty good - nice construction/materials
Heats up well. The surface of the iron feels smooth. The smooth surface and functionality of the clipping mechanism does not break my hair like some curling irons do. Curls very well & fairly fast. Was hoping for a magic curling iron that would put curls in my hair that last longer than a few hours but it's pretty standard in terms of the time curls last. I love the way the electrical cord spins on the bottom and does not get tangled.

Damaged, not the product advertised or shown on packaging
Do not buy from this vendor! First of all, the product in the box (a combo straightening iron/curling iron) was not the product that’s being advertised here on Amazon, and shown on it’s own box (a curling iron), but it was also damaged: there were brown streaks across the iron (not sure if it was paint/dye or scapes in the ceramic surface), and the straightening iron opening could not be kept closed, leaving the curling iron feature unusable (for which I bought it). It also looked used (numbers for the setting levels half scratched off, scratches on the back of the iron, etc.). I will be returning.

Actually a Conair Curling Iron.
The brand is actually Conair, not Jilbere. Was not happy about the switch up, but did not have time to return before I needed to use it. Works about the same, but not as good.
