I got both the size 2 and size 4 vegetarian capsules, they’ve been perfect so far. Posting this review on both products. (Shown in the picture: size 2 are the slightly wider/longer ones, size 4 are the slightly thinner/shorter. I put some pencils and toothpicks for size comparison, I would’ve used coins but I couldn’t find any lol.) Do note: The little scoop tools that come with (x2 of them per order) seem to be the exact same size regardless of which size capsules you order. They are small enough to fit size 4, and they’re very lightweight, just hard plastic. Because the scoops are the same size, it makes the size 2 a little tedious to fill, but i can’t complain too much because otherwise these are great. You might wanna get a little funnel or something if that’s going to be an issue for you and I recommend having something to stabilize the capsules while you’re filling them, and maybe a tweezers or two (i have a curved-prong metal one, with ridges for grip) to pick them up more easily. Packaging: More or less as pictured, although it’s actually a bag of capsules and a bag with 2 scoops inside of a slightly larger bag with the label. Simple press-together ziploc type closure. Functionality: There’s two little ridges for closure. They’re pushed together to the first mark so that they’re secure and don’t fall apart in the bag (shown in the picture: there are 2 of each size at the first mark straight out of the bag), yet they pull apart easily for filling (shown in the picture: 1 of each size separated), and then they snap back together tightly to the second mark (shown in the picture: 1 of each size fully closed to the second mark, slightly shorter than the untouched ones). Can’t ask for much else, they’re pretty much perfect. Quality: Very consistent, haven’t run into any broken ones or oddities. One of the scoops had a tiny plastic shaving hanging off the edge from manufacturing but not worrying to me. I didn’t measure to confirm the dimensions, but they’re about the same size as some of my other meds/supplements in capsules (although i am guessing those ones are more like size 3 and 0). No noticeable smell nor taste. Haven’t had any humidity issues or anything so idk if they stick together when wet, but they all seem pretty content with being in the original packaging bag without any desiccant or cotton. Can’t comment on ease of swallowing because I’m in my mid-20s and I’ve been swallowing pills since I was a 9yo, so it’s natural enough to me that I don’t even think about it. Wish I could verify whether they’re vegetarian / gelatin-free, but I just have to take the seller’s word for it. Overall, great product for the price ($9.99 for 500 caps as of june 2025).

Fantastic capsules for my putting all my kitty’s medicines together in a little capsule that’s easy to dose. My cat is on a few medications for his heart and kidneys and being able to combine them for easier pilling is everything to me. I cannot use those pill pockets because he’s highly allergic to everything and they no longer make the hypoallergenic ones. Having worked with animals in a veterinary clinic setting, I’m well practiced in pilling pets but it’s hard when it’s your own. Anything to make it easier is much appreciated. These are very small and I’m able to fit his BP medication, his antacid and his anti-nausea meds in one cap. I highly recommend these.

No complaint about the item itself. Probably could have bought a size larger as these are very tiny! But I do have some comments about product information. Capacity of how much product it could hold is in grams. The weight of the capsules is in grams. So why then the sizes that are very small are given in fractions of inches? I can deal with 1/2, 1/4, 1/8 etc of an inch. But 0.23" or 0.26"? Why isn't that in mm? The other is, one of the description photos states these capsules can work with filler trays. Wish there was a link to those, as I am finding there aren't any for size #4 or smaller.

These are just what I need for my dog who doesnt like to take medication. Easy to fill with enclosed spoon and will buy again

Whenever I take a supplement that is bigger then this number 4 size, I empty the powder into a little dish with a rimmed edge, and scoop it into these smaller capsules. This package came with little scoops which I realise are easier to use and if I get a device to hold the empty capsules, it'll be even faster to fill the capsules. These are the perfect size for swallowing. Whether you just have trouble swallowing because of a dry throat, are elderly or for a child or dog. I would go even smaller to a number 5 for cats and very small children. But these are very easy to swallow and convenient because I can buy any supplement I want, without worrying about choking on the larger capsules. I can also crush a tablet in a pill crusher or with a spoon and scoop the powder into these capsules.
