Like drinking TUMS sand Tang

Definitely helped keep me hydrated while on the golf course all day long during an Oklahoma summer...but tasted like orange TUMS mixed with Tang. Not a fan of the flavor.

I previously used to use the Aminolast powder but my Crossfit coach recommended this one so I gave it a try. It is so effective and tastes delicious! I do strenuous workouts (sometimes even do doubles) and this stuff really gya me through. Helps me not feel sore and seems to enhance my endurance. Until I find something better, ill never be without it.

Beware if you're sensitive to stevia!

The product worked great, but much to my dismay, they add steva. I'm extremely sensitive to stevia. It gives me terrible migraines. I learned the hard way during a long endurance cycling event that the product contained stevia. I should have read the label closer. :-(
