Fresh is better

Tasty, But These Have Changed...
I bought a bag of these Butterfinger Fun Size Candy Bars, Crispety Crunchety Peanut-Buttery, Individually Wrapped, 10.2 oz Bag. WHY I ORDERED THESE: - I have not had any Butterfinger Bars for at least 10 years, but lately had a craving for some. - I figured the Fun Size would be a good way to fix my craving, but not eat too big of a bar, just a few bites. THE GOOD STUFF ABOUT THEM: - The size of each Butterfinger Fun Size is very small, which I was prepared for. - There are around 16 small bars per bag. THE NOT SO GOOD STUFF ABOUT THEM: - The flavor and the texture have changed lot since I last had one around 10 years ago. - Apparently, the Butterfinger candy bars changed drastically following their 2018 acquisition by Ferrero from Nestlé. - Ferrero revamped the recipe in 2019, so now the inside is not as flaky as I remembered. CONCLUSION: - These Butterfinger candy bars actually do taste great. - My issue is that they are not as flaky inside and now harder to chew. - Plus, now they stick to my teeth wickedly! - I guess the Butterfinger Bars from my younger days are gone forever. - Maybe that is a good thing?

Don’t ship chocolate to Florida when it’s hot!
The candy bars are delicious but the chocolate has melted due to the heat in Florida. I licked the wrappers and enjoyed them anyway!
