Very easy to put together - no tools needed. I just received this chair today. It is not an oversized wing back like from a furniture store. But it is a nice chair. I will be using it with an ottoman. After getting it out of the box, it took about 15 minutes to put together. Screw in the legs, put back on sliding in the metal channels, put the wings on the same way as the back. Ready to go. I have no idea how it will hold up but it looks nice and sits nice. I do need a flat pillow behind my back because the chair back is not straight up and down. The fabric is thicker than expected and I like it. Not a heavy chair but not a light weight either. Don't know about the build quality util I use it for a while. Feels firm at first use. It is a pretty chair. I got the one with the birds. So far the seat is firm which I like. Not hard, just firm. I would suggest leaving the seat cushion in place while assembling. I didn't and I need to raise the back so I can get the cushion to go all the way back. No biggie.

Beautiful, great construction and fabric. More importantly a 74-year-old female and an 80-year-old male had no problems putting it together! Clear, easy instructions and illustrations a plus!

Shipped very timely and well packaged. Size was accurate with dimensions given. Assembly was quick and easy. Looks great where it is going to be used. NOT the sellers fault however, purchasing furniture online only works well if you've actually sat in the piece you plan to purchase. Everyone is different and what works for you may not work for everyone. For me personally this chair is both too small and too big. Seat height is to tall, seat back back is to short and angle making it feel like I'm reclining back to far for my comfort. Not a binge worthy seat. Does make a great sip tea/coffee seat and visit with guests.

I love these chairs! Beautiful and comfortable! I bought one over a year ago and just bought 2 more! They are taller than previous chair and I like it much better! Great quality too!!

Bought these for my mom. She loves them. My photos don't show the color they are in color in person. Description says pink when ordering but it's more of a rustic red. There is some pink tones but definitely more redder than pink. Not mad at the color though but don't count on a soft pink. I ordered one chair and it was cute so did a second order (picked same pattern for both) and they both matched in color and design even though I ordered them a few weeks apart which was great. Easy to put together. The legs hide in the bottom of the chairs in a zippered area so be aware. Sturdy, functional and asthetically pleasing. Easy to move around after putting together. Not super plush but not hard either. My mom thinks they are very comfortable. Satisfied with purchase.

This chair is a very low quality. It looks nice on the picture and I thought it was the decent product. However, when arrived it was too small, made to assemble like a lego and it looked very cheap. When I tried to returned, they wanted me to pay for shipping. Their customer service was very bad and basically it was not worth it for me to return at that point. Shipping will cost me a fortune! So, after long back and forth, they told me I should keep the chair since they refused to pay for return. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR if you don’t want to be disappointed and deal with the worst customer service. I had to keep the chair and now it is hidden in the closet. BTW, if you tried to move the chair access the room, parts will fall off.

Very easy to assemble. Pretty. Not very soft to sit on, but firm if you have bad back.
