Sent a box that had been open and socks tried on
Box arrived. Had been opened/seal broken. Socks had lint and animal fur from being tried on and walked around in and the threads on the portion that holds the batteries were starting to come out. Ordered to give as a gift and take on a ski trip and got skunked because I had to return them. Used / open box not disclosed and sold as new.

Best thing an old skier/snow shoer could have
Got them last year, as my heated insoles for my ski boots had died (managed to break both of the connectors in a ski chair mishap). Figured I'd give these a try, and they have been great! Perfect for older feet that don't have the circulation they used to. Better than heated insoles, as they can be used for all winter activity. The cell phone interface is nice, as it allows you to adjust the temp from a very easy to use interface. The initial setup on your phone is a bit fussy, but works great afterwards.
