Worst product, Smells bad, over priced, causing irritation and breathing problem. Unable to return as pickup agent says product shouldn't be open otherwise product will not be taken back by dealer. Without opening the product how could anyone understand how the product is. Manufacturer should be confident on the product while making such instructions. Product is just giving the smell of waste material being burnt. No good smell or devotional experience. Waste product and waste of money. Try to add sample product, if customer doesn't like can return the product without any waste of money.
