Ummm -- Can This be Trusted?
I read the book, but did not try the recommended regimine. I could not find enough credible scientific evidence to back it up. Could just be more "New-Age" mumbo-jumbo.

These books are awesome if you are sincere about getting your health back ...
These books are awesome if you are sincere about getting your health back without spending money. This costs pennies. Not dollars. I know we hear this all the time but oxygen and water is cheap and that's what these books are about. Healing with oxygen and water.
