These were the only stackable drawers I could find with a large capacity but WOW are they thin and flimsy! You can't add any heavy stuff to the drawers because they don't have a solid bottom and the drawer bin will dip down below the lip at the bottom which makes closing the drawer impossible. Definitely not for heavy duty use or even any use besides really light objects. I have to struggle with them every time I try to open or close the drawers. I actually had some glass inside one that I was struggling with so much that it cracked the glass, then I sliced my finger trying to take the glass out. I really can't imagine what these would be good for. A total waste of money for me because now I'm looking at buying a better option and missed the return window. Even more disappointed that they are so bad for USA made products. I expect this from China but these are not cheap and not great...

These are pricey for the quality. They're very cheaply made. But they were the only thing I could find that are easy to access in my closet.

These are plain, simple plastic drawers, not made of great material, just overpriced plastic and yet they barely function. They are not sturdy or well made. One of the drawers I received had obviously been returned by someone else. The drawer had been put into the frame backwards and the corner of it was cracked and missing a bit of plastic. The top is so flimsy it's concave. The drawer does not work very well unless I hold it a certain way. These are probably worth half of what I paid for them, at most. I cannot recommend these to anyone. Cheap and broken, but too large and bulky to return.

UPDATE-20230206: Placed a new order to see if I have better luck. MESSAGE TO IRIS: I am willing to update/upgrade this review, should the recently-ordered drawers arrive with at least 75% of them intact. 75% is all I am asking. That's how low I am setting the bar. C'mon IRIS! I know you can do better. - The good: The IRIS Stacking Plastic Drawer System is a great product, each drawer comprised of the drawer itself and a cage of sorts into which the drawer slides in. A bit overpriced compared to other plastic drawer sets available onsite at B&M retailers but worth the premium in my opinion. On a practical level, they are great for being stackable (very common nowadays but nonetheless), translucent, and for having available a variety of sizes with the same look. The translucency allows you to have a quick idea of what’s inside upon simple visual inspection without having to open a particular drawer. The visual inspection can be done from 360-degrees around the drawers, since the cage of sorts into which the drawer slides in does not block the view from any of the sides. This is particularly useful if you need to have many of them, as it is my case, filled with a large variety of things accessible at a moment’s notice. On an aesthetic level, they are great for being available on various colors (white, blue, gray, and black) and for having a design that’s more compatible with other elements of your storage solutions, furniture and décor you might already own. Let me explain. The drawer’s front side is flat (not very common amongst plastic drawer sets), which allows for a greater visual compatibility with element of your room, as they are more likely to have flat surfaces as well, compared to having to match a particular curve style. In addition, the drawer’s front side allows for the addition of more creative decoration options, particularly since there is a small concentric inset on the front side’s surface, that lends itself to such purpose. - The bad: So why the one-star rating? Unfortunately, it all boils down to shipping packaging. The shipping packaging IRIS has chosen for their plastic drawer system is inadequate. It fails to provide enough protection. This causes a lot of breakage during shipping, as evidenced by other complaints in the comments/reviews section. In my case, I ordered 2 sets-of-2 of the large 47 quarts, for a total of 4 drawers. All the drawers came cracked, thus negating all the aesthetic benefits mentioned above. One of the drawers came broken to the point of being practically useless. IRIS had the word “fragile” printed on the thin cardboard box used for shipping. However, one thing is the theory of how dutiful shipping/warehousing employees throughout the distribution/delivery chain are supposed to handle fragile items, while something completely different is the way overworked employees are going to handle such items, not to mention transport is never smooth. - Conclusion: It doesn’t matter if a product was beautifully designed and built, if it is damaged by the time it reaches the consumer’s hands. In my case, I am returning mine and will be contacting IRIS to inquire about other shipping packaging options on a special order. My recommendation to IRIS is to upgrade the shipping packaging. First, tape each drawer’s front side to the corresponding cage’s front columns, to prevent the drawers from sliding in/out ever so slightly, thus reducing the chances of breakage resulting from such motions, which I am sure is one of the reasons why the edges of the drawer’s front panel break so often. Second get a bigger box and add some styrofoam edge protection to absorb the impacts warrantied to be generated during shipping. Hope this helps prospective buyers as well as IRIS. This product is a success as far as its functional/aesthetic design, which I would hate to see fail as a result of thoughtless shipping choices.

Nice size for what I needed it for. I had to order this item 2 times before I got one that was not too badly damaged to keep. Was not packaged with sufficient packaging to prevent damage in transit. At least this unit I kept was only damaged mostly in the back and just a little on the front drawer corners, not worth the hassle to package and carry to UPS to return.
