I bought 2 and after showering I tried using the cellulite reduction oil but broke out with little bumps. So switched to just using with my bar soap after it's all sudsy. It worked almost better and no skin irritation. I rub in circles all around thighs, cheeks, calves, arms, maybe 50 circles each. Periodically get bruising but seems to be much less to no bruising after a few weeks of daily use. The appearance of cellulite is significantly better. Not gone, but definitely smoother. Also found it was Excellent following hard workouts, I haven't needed to use the foam roller as much after leg days. Having 2 just makes it go faster as they fit well in each hand and they rinse well with just water.

I bought a cellulite massage oil as well and apply it first. Then massage away. It’s easy to hold and use and I feel like it is breaking down my cellulite. Smoothing out my legs. My legs are bad so it will take me quite a while and I’m not saying that it’s going to completely eliminated, but I do feel like it’s working and worth the price.

My only complaint is the handle. Because of the space opening on it, it makes it difficult to keep a grip on it with my left hand. However holding it with my right hand stays intact but I can’t reach over to my left side with that hand.

It's so easy to use. Simple great for beginners. I would use this first then graduate to wood tools. Use it in the shower with your body wash.

Disappointing purchase, the plastic looks and feel cheap. The handle is weak and got deformed after one use.
