One the best medicines
My go to medicine. If you are sick, you need to take it. Recommend a minimum of two doses if you are slightly sick. Need most or the entire box if you have a cold. Easy to take with you. Be careful if you use ginger ale, a lot of fizz. Alka-seltzer products are always great. Best if you have sore throat or persistent coughing. Use with water based liquids.

Bought to help me sleep when recovering a from a cold. Definitely helped me sleep better. Alka Seltzer is the only product that works for me for a cold. Doesn't taste bad either.

I like the bubbly flavor and I think it help in the flue and germ seasons.
I like these Alka-Seltzers that bubble up. Good taste and I have one pill each day during fall and spring to keep the bugs away. As described and does the job for me.

Oh What A Relief it Is!
This medication is by far, the best cold and flu med I’ve taken! Relieves aches and pains, stuffy nose, runny nose and cough. Most combination meds have acetaminophen, which one may need to be cautious if taking OTC meds and prescription meds. Also, the decongestant does not contain pseudoephedrine.
