Definitely one heavy ass speaker. Well built. Can’t say to much about the sound yet I’ve been taking it easy on it right now and I also need a better box. I’m driving this with the S-A60M amp. Can’t wait to get a good box and see what this thing can do.

I have been using these 12 inch subs for a long time. They are still working and I recommended them to others. The newer version are made stronger and still delivers great bass. Worth the money and can handle the power

Great speakers
These speakers deliver some great bass. The new cone design keeps them from ripping apart when you push the power through them. 1500 watts wired at 2 ohm will get the job done.

DO NOT PURCHASE
I got them professionally installed about 2 weeks ago. Now one of my speakers are smoking. The company doesn’t return or replace the item so basically I just waisted my money. These speakers are low quality and they will not last.

Absolutely love these subs! One of 1st gen Type R Series subs blew (after 15 PLUS years mind you) so I decided to purchase these. Man oh man these are some bad boys here!! I’m running an Exile X1200.1 Power Amplifier (1200 watts). I literally have my gain knob at 4 and I could wake up a neighborhood up if I wanted. Luckily for them I’m a nice guy :) Do NOT hesitate to buy these. I promise you won’t regret!!
