Use locust bean gum in place of flour or eggs to bind together ingredients in your vegan brownies, banana bread and biscuits. The natural powder is extracted from the seeds of the carob tree. It can act as a vegan-friendly gelling agent, stabiliser and thickener. Locust bean gum can be added to ice creams and sorbets to delay the formation of ice crystals, leading to a smoother, silkier texture. You can also use this powder to increase the thickness of liquids for sauces, dressings and desserts.

Is it possibly to buy a mix of the regular, cherry, lemon and orange flavours? Like instead of 24 of one flavour, can’t you request 6 of each?

Not as far as I am aware, they have only recently been available in UK as manufactured in Greece. Amazon is the only place I have found them for sale, apart from hospital vending machines (Hospitals like the Stevia rather than sugar or artificial sweeteners!)

Does it contain caffiene?

Nope - no caffeine in the fruit drinks. There is some in the Green Cola, but only in the cola I believe.

Whats is the date of expiry (Today is 30 May 2020) I want to stock for 4 months

My tins are dated to August 2021. Also, it's a tin, so storage for 4 months won't be a problem.
