Terrible it does it's job of stopping the sweat but I found that it gave me more body odor when using it even with deodorant it's so bad I'd rather just have sweat marks on my clothes and smell good then have then have non and smell terrible your body is meant to sweat it's perfectly healthy but this product I don't feel is healthy I feel like I'm putting harsh chemicals in my armpits.
