Nice quality, mask is soft and comfortable
Nice quality, mask is soft and comfortable. However it arrived with a very strong chemical odor, too strong to wear right away, you can smell it across the room.

Very Comfortable, Great Look
I wore this for a Phantom of the Opera party (the red masquerade look) and I've never worn a mask as comfortable as this before. I kept forgetting I was wearing one and it looked incredible. I got compliments all night. This foam is very flexible so it can fit to most face shapes, the way it is cut you can very clearly see out of it and it doesn't get in the way of eating or drinking. It smelled a little straight of the packaging which seems to be normal for foam masks, so I put it in a plastic baggie with some coffee grinds and in a day it was fine. If I are considering getting this for a costume I really recommend it!

Great for a Spooky Trumpet Performance
I picked this up for a Halloween gig and it worked out great. I needed something that wouldn't interfere with playing the trumpet. I took a tip from another reviewer who used this mask for a Death Eater costume. The foam cuts very easily with basic scissors, making it simple to customize the look and feel. (The stock "teeth" look goofy.) Despite some other reviews mentioning the black paint rubbing off, I didn't experience that at all, even after 45 minutes of a sweaty, high-intensity performance. The mask stayed comfortable and didn't inhibit my playing at all. For the low cost and next-day shipping, this was a far better solution than anything I found at the local Halloween stores.

Cheap and not worth the money
It does look cool in the pictures, but in hand it is not so great. Its is flat not curved to fit a face. The foam is cheap and leaves little black bits of itself all over your face. The paint on the outside is peeling off all over. The big metal rivets that hold the strap on look terrible. Good idea very poor execution.
