These cross-country shoes worked well for my middle school daughters during their races. The 4-pin spike plate provided good traction, and the mesh upper kept them lightweight and breathable. While not the most premium option, they held up well and got the job done without any complaints from my girls. A solid choice for middle school athletes!

Bought these for my son for Cross Country. He said they fit well and they are comfortable to run in. The color makes it easier to pick out from among the runners. And they are a very good price.

These run mostly true to size. Four stars because the designs peeled off after the first wear. The shoe itself is made well and fits comfortably.

Bought these for my son for college cross country. He picked them out. I also bought a large bag of spikes that he didn't use, because these shoes came with them already. They are true to size. Make sure you pick the ones with the holes for spikes if that's what you are looking for, there are flats that look exactly the same.
