How firm is this pillow?

Hi, Thanks for checking in! This is Melissa and I am on day 6 of my recovery and using this pillow right now as I type this! I find the firmness to be perfect for me. My arms can rest comfortably in any position yet I don't feel any pressure on my torso. I also use it in the car to keep the seatbelt from touching. Amazingly comfortable but I also felt the seatbelt was correctly positioned in case of emergency. I had first purchased a different pillow brand but it was much too flat. The inserts of this pillow are removable for washing, the cover is so soft, and the 2 pockets keep everything I need close. I wasn't sure if I would use the strap but it has been perfect for keeping the pillow comfortably positioned in the car, on the couch, and in bed. I am so glad to have purchased this pillow. I wish all those going through surgery peace and quick healing and hope you'll find this beneficial too! :)

Would this work for after c section I have a 2 hr drive home and I remember how uncomfortable it is to cough sneeze etc. Without a pillow support?
