Why are these so expensive? Especially when you can get the same thing in “white” at Big Lot’s for $25.00 each?

I don't know why these are so expensive. Sounds like you would be happier to just go shop at Big Lot's (where ever that is).

Does the cart come with wheels? Based of of its name I would assume it does, but none are shown in the pictures.

"Carts" should come with wheels, "towers" do not. Assuming the items are correctly labeled.

How tall is this exactly?

Hi, Thank you for getting in touch! This Storage Cart is 39.31 in tall I hope this information addresses your needs. We look forward to welcoming you as our customer. Yours Sincerely, Sarfraz Customer Support Representative Tempus & Co.
