Macarrie 12 Pcs Colored Acrylic Sheets 1/8 Inch Thick Translucent Colored Acrylic Sheets for Laser Cutting Colorful Plastic Panel for Glass DIY (Multicolor,8 x 8 Inch)

I’ve used many different acrylic brands with my xTool P2 laser, and these translucent sheets performed very well. I primarily use acrylic for Christmas ornaments and custom class projects throughout the year, and the color on these is beautiful once engraved and cut. The blue translucent finish gives a really nice effect when backlit. The thickness is consistent, and the sheets arrived in good condition without scratches or defects. They cut cleanly and engraved evenly using my normal acrylic settings. One important thing to understand with translucent acrylic is that laser light can pass through clear or semi-clear materials. To get proper results, you need to block the beam reflection underneath. If the sheet doesn’t already have an opaque backing, I recommend placing it on a proper laser bed, adding a backing board, or lightly spray painting the protective film before cutting. Once that’s done, it works exactly as expected. As with any laser cutting involving plastics, make sure you’re working in a well-ventilated area with proper exhaust. That’s true for all acrylic, not specific to this product. Overall, I was very pleased with these sheets and will definitely purchase them again for future ornaments and workshop projects. I buy these often for my laser machine. They cut very easily and the colors look amazing in the light when I put them in hats. Lockedonlaserdesigns

This is not cast acrylic and will not work for diode lasers. They are nice otherwise, but I feel the product is misleading.

This is not .12 acrylilc sheets. When measured as received with paper masking on both sides, the sheets I received measured from .10 to .11 inch. I had 1 pieces that measured .07 inch. The .07 sheet just happened to be the very first sheet I used which caused me to measure every piece. It would help if each sheet was identified with what color it is since there are 12 different colors.

Almost every color is different in thickness. While 1/16 and 1/32 may not seem like alot...it certainly is when you are fabricating multiple items to use every color and none are the same. Hours must be spent to adjust. Ridiculous.

I needed the blues and got only the darkest blue. Also one sheet is not transparent….
