I bought my URPOWER 500ml Aromatherapy Essential Oil Diffuser a few days ago and am loving it ever since. So far it works great and emits a nice amount of mist. I have it in my room while watching tv or sleeping and so far I must say I am impressed. At night the leds are very bright and I like the red color because it isn't too hard on the eyes but overall I'm happy with the lighting if I ever feel like using it. Right from the start I turned it on and it was running well and it was actually pretty quiet. I would imagine it sounds just like a laptop fan that is on a low setting. And by laptop fan I mean the low speed that it would be working on and not the second speed high gear pc's usually kick into and you hear this whining noise. Anyway, I bought my essential oils from Walmart the day it arrived and I followed the directions of how many drops per ML I should use off the manual. I prefer the eucalyptus because it opens up my nasal passages while I'm in the room. I was skeptical at first but after the doctor told me I have a deviated septum and I need surgery to fix it I said what the hell lets try it out. I refuse to go under the knife for this reason until I absolutely need to so I figured lets try to relax while we're at it. So the eucalyptus oil was really minty scented (if that makes any sense) and it was good. I find that I prefer the eucalyptus over the peppermint. Though the peppermint smelled so good I felt like my room was a huge piece of gum when walking in. I'm happy with the way it was packaged and it's light weight as well. So far I do not have any complaints about it and I'm glad I found this one because the 500 ml capacity is awesome. I don't have to worry about sleeping with out it on so when I woke up the next morning it was still going strong. I would say that this is a pretty good product in terms of giving it as a gift to someone so they can relax and try to be at peace in this fast paced world we live in these days. I'm pleased with my purchase and would give this a thumbs up to have in your house. Hope this review helped to anyone reading it and trust me you won't make a mistake when buying this. Just don't forget the scented oils when ordering.

This diffuser is absolutely fantastic! The 500ml capacity runs for hours without refilling, and the mist output is impressive for larger spaces. Love the 7 color LED options - creates such a relaxing ambiance. The timer settings are convenient and it's whisper quiet during operation. Works great as both a humidifier and aromatherapy diffuser. Excellent quality and value!

I like this. Never had anything like it before. There was a bit of an unpleasant odor in my new home though. This works well, and I’m enjoying the colors.

I love the fact that it's pretty compact, yet it can run such a longtime on a small amount of water. It's easy to fill as well. It has a great setting for low or high mist. The high mist Really gives you a lot! Perfect if your having breathing issues. And the low mist gives a perfect amount for everyday. It also works very well with the essential oils. Certainly gives a hefty scent if you want it to. Here's my only issue, I have a lot of difficulty setting it up for the timing I want, before I'm going to bed. I personally just want it to run until it's either out of water, or I turn it off. Instead of that being just one tap of the button, you have to tap it "correctly" till it reaches it's 4th setting. It often doesn't like what I'm doing and beep beeps at me and I have to start over. Kind of a pain, especially when I'm trying to get to bed. I think a better design would have been a slide switch for the different time settings and then just a power button. Also, it's the only diffuser I've owned that doesn't turn the light on when it's started. I'm still having some problems figuring out the lights. There are, I think, too many variations, with each color having a bright light and a low light. And I haven't figured out how to get it to rotate the lights. It's not intuitive, that's for sure. Time to go back to the manual. But all in all, the machine is a Real Quality diffuser and for a Great price!

I did a LOT of research before buying a diffuser. I was initially very happy with every aspect of this diffuser, it exceeded my expectations! The first floor of my home is pretty open and around 900sq ft. I could smell my essential oils that were being diffused in every room. It was great! My daughter loved the colors and we would put it in her room every night. I love that you can turn on the lighting function even when you're not diffusing. It would diffuse on the low setting for 9-10 hours without refilling! I cleaned the unit daily according to the instructions. After 2 months it shut off in the middle of the night and that was it. It doesn't beep, it does absolutely nothing. It's been too long to return. I've tried absolutely everything with no luck. I lost the user manual so I have no way to contact the company. I've searched online and cannot find a company website or anything with their info. I'm so disappointed. I loved this diffuser, but certainly expected more than 2 months worth of use! If I am able to find contact info for the company and can get a replacement, I will happily update this review to 5 stars. I guess time will tell. Buyer beware. *** UPDATE*** After posting this review the seller reached out to me via email. I was very happy to see that not only do they pay attention and read their customers reviews, but also that when they see a problem they address it. They asked for my order number and with no questions asked they immediately sent me a replacement diffuser. I did not have to return the broken one, which was great because I had already gotten rid of it. The new diffuser arrived within about a week and so far it has been working great. After the first one stopped working I bought a different one because I absolutely loved diffusing essential oils. The other one I bought is nicer appearance wise (it is wood and glass and just looks better in my opinion) but it is much louder than this one. This diffuser is so quiet you wouldn't know it was on if you didn't see the mist coming out. My daughter has been keeping this one in her bedroom at night and I LOVE that I can turn on the lights without running the diffuser. She loves the way the light colors fade in and out and they seamlessly flow from one color to the next. It's very relaxing to her. If she's sick or having problems sleeping I can diffuse essential oils, but most nights it's used as a nightlight. One MAJOR benefit of this diffuser is its 500 ml water capacity. Most diffusers I've seen have around 100 ml water capacity. This diffuser truly can double as a humidifier. Before I bought this diffuser, I tried putting essential oils in our humidifier when someone was sick. That backfired when the oils started to literally eat through the walls of the humidifier. I definitely don't recommend doing that unless your humidifier specifically states essential oils are safe to use with it. I applaud this company for their incredible customer service. I plan to look at other products they sell because I feel this is a very trustworthy company and they stand behind their products. I didn't have to answer a million questions, or send in my broken diffuser to be repaired. They simply confirmed my address and sent me a brand new, perfectly working diffuser. Thank you for your awesome customer service!

I really like this diffuser. I had one before from Walmart but immediately returned it as there were way better ones online. I decided on this one because I wanted one that held the most water and 500 mL seemed pretty good to me. I love that it cycles through the colors or stick to just one. Or leave the light off completely if you're using for day use. My friend has the Young Living Dewdrop diffuser and I think it puts off just as much and the capacity is only 180 mL and that would mean constant refilling. I plan on getting more diffusers for my son's room and possibly another for my bedroom. It comes with a pouring cup which is very convenient. Also the lid can be put on any which way so you can actually control where the mist faces so if you have it next to your bed you can turn the lid to face you and not have to turn the whole unit. The light will work regardless if the mist is on or not and vice versa so it will make a great night light especially for children. I made a video but I'm not sure how to upload it, it's only allowing photos. I wanted to show how much it actually puts off. I never use the low mist option, it's default every time you turn it on so no having to press buttons. No issues of leaking at all. Also, the lights fade into each other but if you want just one light, they are preset so you cannot customize the color when it's blending between two different colors. When you want to turn off the light, instead of having to cycle through all the colors just hold the light button and it will turn off. Same for the mist button. Hold it down and it will shut off completely, turning the light off as well if you have it on. Fan is audible but not annoying and you do hear the bubbling noise. Fan noise is the same when you switch from low and high mist. The bubbling noise does decrease when in low mist.

I have had several diffusers and this one is easily the best. It has a simple but attractive design, it works well, and the available features/buttons are not too much and not too little. The product materials state that it runs continuously for 10 hours. That is a conservative estimate. Mine runs for about 12 hours at full blast without any problem. If you’ve never had one of these misting diffusers and you’re thinking of getting one, the angle at which the mist comes out has probably not occurred to you. The mist from this machine comes out at a 45-degree angle rather than shooting straight up like most diffusers. This is a really nice feature. You have a lot more flexibility with where you can put this diffuser. It doesn't need as much space to work properly, and you can set it under a shelf or cabinet or whatever without the mist shooting up into it and getting your stuff all wet. The top also spins around 360 degrees so you can change the direction of the spray while it is running without moving the machine. My only (minor) complaint about this diffuser is that it is a bit too big. If you’re using essential oils, the big tank and long run time lead to the oil-water mixture sitting in the tank longer, and the oil has more time to separate and pool at the top. The oils are mostly dissipated after a few hours, and because the machine is so powerful it's very noticable when you run out of oil and you're just blowing water. Of course it’s not the diffuser’s fault that oil and water don’t mix, and every misting diffuser has this problem to some extent, but the tank on this machine is so big that the drop off in the amount of scent is more pronounced than on a smaller machine. I usually just fill the tank halfway because that is more than enough and I can put in a different blend of oils after it has run out.

With the arrival of colder weather and my furnace kicking back on, the air in my house became unbearably dry. I was waking up every morning with a bloody nose and my throat on fire. I decided I couldn't spend the entire season that way, and set about looking for a humidifier. While researching several (much) larger and more expensive models, I came across the URPOWER Aromatherapy diffuser. I liked the idea of a machine that could put the moisture I needed into the air, while also doubling as an essential oil diffuser. Initially I was hesitant, given that the tank held only 500ml of water and the cheap price. Would it work well enough to improve the air quality in my house? Would it quit after a half-dozen uses? After reading the positive reviews on Amazon and finding it on a couple of "Top 10" product lists, I was convinced to give it a try, despite my reservations. Let me tell you, this little thing is a powerhouse. I've been using it every night for about four months now, and 500ml has been more than enough water to humidify my bedroom so I can sleep comfortably. I haven't woken up with a sore throat/dry nose even once since I started using it! The wording of the user/instruction manual that comes with this product leaves something to be desired. However, the machine is simple enough that you can pretty much figure out its operation on your own. Press the "Mist" button to turn the unit on. On the front are four settings - 60, 120, 180 and ON. Continuing to press the "Mist" button will cycle through these settings. Choosing any of the first three will turn the unit on for that number of minutes; choosing ON will let it run until the tank is out of water. A small green light is illuminated above the setting you've chosen. Press and hold the "Mist" button again to turn the unit off. There is also a High/Low button, to set the level of mist output. When pressing this button, one beep = high and two beeps = low. Personally, I don't notice a huge difference in the output between the high and low settings. There is also a "Light" function. You can set it to cycle through all seven or eight colors, or keep it on one color by pressing and holding the "Light" button. The light is very bright - certainly bright enough to use as a nightlight. Some people, though, might find it a little too bright to have on while trying to fall asleep. For this reason, I don't use the light at night. I've read some other reviews where folks said the small green light on the front of the unit, above the time setting, was so bright that it bothered them and didn't allow them to sleep. I have not found this to be the case. While visible, the light is very small (about as big around as a pencil eraser) and soft. While there is no way to shut this light off, I don't find that it bothers me at all or interferes with my ability to sleep. I've also read some reviews where people complained about the noise. The machine does emit a quiet, low-pitched humming sound while in operation, and you can also hear the intermittent sound of trickling water. I actually find this to be relaxing. (I do, however, fall asleep to music or a sound machine on most nights. I like a little bit of ambient sound to lull me to sleep. If you're someone who needs absolute silence to fall asleep, you might not want this in your bedroom). By the way, it's not just nice for sleeping/nighttime use. I have used it in my large (13×9) living room both for humidifying and diffusing oil. Even in a bigger room, it improves the air quality and distributes the scent nicely. The colorful lights create a relaxing ambience. I have not had the problem some others described of mold in the tank, even with heavy daily use. The instructions say to wipe the condensation/excess water droplets out of the tank after each use, and to gently clean the inside of it with mild detergent after every three or four uses. I just use a dab of plain old dish soap. When not in use, I wipe it out and leave it with the top off, so the inside of the unit can air dry. Just taking a couple of minutes each day to follow these simple steps has kept it working well - no mold, no issues. I also only use filtered/purified water in it, never water directly from the tap. Oh, speaking of the lid - be careful when carrying this thing after filling the tank. Hold it by the base. The lid merely sits on the top. It doesn't latch. Overall, I give the URPOWER five stars. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Does what I need it to do. For the price, you really can't beat it. (Fortunately in this case, the cheap cost did NOT turn into a "You get what you pay for" scenario). I'm glad I gave it a shot.

Bought this on Dec 2019. It's been great and loved it! I actually bought 2 more right after and will be buying another 4 units for Xmas Gift! that's how much I loved this product. however.... It hasn't been 1 year since I bought it. The steam/smoke seems to be degrading overtime. we only use this once/week or 4 times a month consistently because it is now part of our life routine. it stopped producing steam/smoke just 2 weeks ago and we've been missing it. this is the reason why I am now writing this. not gonna ask for return or say something bad because it really made us happy. I just wish it lasted longer. will buy another for ourselves again soon. hopefully this time it last.
